We picked this property as its unique South France countryside character. Location is great. However, we are disappointed with this stay. First their customer service never gets through. I called multiple times at different time of the day want to confirm how late we can check in. 2ndly, at checkin, we were informed about the breakfast. I double checked if our breakfast is included as it is not clear on the booking. I was told yes it is. I’m not a big fan of French hotel breakfast, as it is included. We rose early ( we r late risers) to eat it. They provided baguette, cheese apple milk and coffee… We only had a piece of bread and coffee. At checkout we were forced to pay additional

Hôtel idéalement placé au centre des villes et hauts lieus touristiques Chambre confortable mais très typée Alsace avec accumulation de rideaux et coussins … Peu rassurant en période de punaises de lits Buffet petit déjeuner correct mais choix limité À déplorer le restaurant choix très limité et peu gustatif

Petit hôtel sans prétention, une note de 4/5 car les chambres sont vraiment vétustes Pas de Clim et pas de mini bar dans les chambres Mais le restaurant ainsi que le petit dej remonte le niveau De bons produits pour le repas et le petit déjeuner

Personnel au top que ce soit en salle ou à l'accueil. Ce sont d'ailleurs les mêmes... Repas excellents même si vous êtes arrivés avec une smartbox donc menus imposés. Calme total au milieu des vignes à peine dérangé par le bruit des oiseaux. A refaire.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, dans le cadre d'une réservation smartbox. L'hôtel est au calme et bien situé pour des ballades, nous avons très bien mangé et la chambre et l'hôtel dans leur ensemble sont chaleureux.

Un cadre naturel très joli, des chambres cocooning et une salle à manger au décor recherché, bref un très bon week end dans le cadre d'une Smartbox. Accueil sympathique, personnel attentif, repas alsacien type , flammekuche, (dommage que nous en ayons déjà mangé une le midi) boeuf gros sel (attention à la cuisson, viande un peu dure) et apfelstrüdel délicieux. Bonne adresse alsacienne

Cadre magnifique, chambre agréable petit déjeuner copieux par contre salle de bain pas très propre et intérieur de douche avec des trous dans le mur... je trouve ça réellement dommage. Je suis quand même déçu par rapport au prix de la chambre
