Holiday Inn Brussels Airport Reviews

We came here for the business trips. The reception desk was helpful but the team members were maybe freshly new staff? They made a few mistakes (yes, two of them). But in general the shared space is very good, there is space for working close to the reception desk, as well as fitness room! Perfect equipment! Meanwhile there is a pool zone, lovely place! Breakfast service is genuinely good! Great location which is very close to the international airport.

The standard of Holiday Inn is still very good. The hotel room is large, clean and hygienic. I stayed there for a few days and the cleaning was very timely every day. The hotel is located near the airport, within 5 kilometers. If you want to take public transportation, it is a 5-minute walk to DIEGEM and more than 20 minutes to Brussels Central Station.

This is the best holiday inn experience I've ever stayed in. It's 4km from the airport, very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities. The most memorable thing is the gym and meals. I will choose this hotel next time

Because the trip was delayed, I contacted the hotel a week in advance to change the check-in date, but the hotel did not agree to any order modification

The facilities are older, but they are quite clean. There are not many people. It is very close to the airport, but there is no public transportation. There seems to be a shuttle bus. There are not many things in the minibar and the coffee machine is broken.
