Residence Inn Brussels Airport

I was surprised not to have a global lamp button close to the bed that switch off all the lamps at once. (room 303) I had to go to the door, close all the lamp, and return in my bed when all was dark. Very surprised in Marriott ! Normal hotels elswhere and a global switch near the bed.

Our experience at Residence Inn Brussels Airport was superb! They went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable - including sending up a special birthday celebration and surprise games for our long flight home. The room was comfortable and the location was great for getting around the area. Everything was clean and I always felt safe. The free laundry was a huge plus! Everyone was kind and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for others.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and accessible. Room was spotless, beds were very comfortable, suite was beautiful. Bathroom was larger than most hotels and updated and clean. Very close to train station. Wonderful experience and would stay again.

This is what looks like a new property, but I wouldn't call it an airport hotel. It's about 5 km from the airport and doesn't offer an airport shuttle. The afternoon staff were very nice and helpful. Since we had a very early morning flight and couldn't get breakfast, they offered to have the morning staff have something ready for us. That didn't happen. The restaurant has a very limited menu of overpriced but good food. Drinks were good. The room didn't have any body lotion but was comfortable and quiet.

This Residence Inn is incredible as always. The staff are very kind and helpful. Cessr in particularly is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. This location is a great choice for anybody, but particularly for US travelers who are familiar with the comforts of a Marriott property, you can’t go wrong here.

I recurrently stay at the Residence Inn Brussels Airport fort Business, and I must say my experience is always great. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted with a warm smile by the service team, whose kindness and professionalism made my stay memorable. Every staff member is attentive to my needs and ready to help at any time. The comfort of the facilities is simply impeccable. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable, which allowed me to have restful nights. The modern amenities and small touches, like the high-quality toiletries, really make a difference. Last but not least, the restaurant of the hotel is also good and the chef is friendly & listening to customer needs. I highly recommend the Brussels Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Brussels. The combination of exceptional service and comfortable rooms makes it a must-visit.
