Hotel Ridley International

Place is over crowded. Hotels are charging 2-3 folded from normal price.Nothing much to here apart from enjoying leisure. Some small beaches around, but I like Digha compared to them. Anyway It is good for 1 day break from busy life schedule.

A horrible place to stay specially the staff there at reception. We checked out at 11 am clearly settling all bills. After sitting in the car the staff Pranabesh remembered that he has not charged us for driver. Great we paid. Then he said your room rent is also pending as the person settling bills dint know. Wow. Who will pay 4000 for settling bills. Breakfast is stale bread and cold tea.the only person who spoke politely was Soumik who said there can be a misunderstanding. If the front desk staff is kept this hotel will not stay afloat. The staff is well mannered but very slow.When I said I will pay 1000 instead of difference 1208 Pranabesh used the expression "jete debo naa". Aami du din modde 12k-13k spend kore chi aar enar staff ei bhabe kotha kore.i have stayed before at Abhyagama Hotel and it was a good experience. However in Ridley it is a bunch of overpriced frauds who are running this chain

It was a great experience to be there having an excellent and helpful staff ***** with beautiful ambience.

Property location is at excellent location nearest to beach. Room size is big. Food quality ok. Service at reception is great. Room service is good

Worst experience, the room we booked was not clean, the main door lock is broken, the extension land line is always engaged not working, when we went to raise the complain to hotel staff he said if the problem doesn’t solve we have to check out from the hotel, they are charging a good amount in hotel booking but service is pathetic and worst experience encountered, the image of rooms shown in make my trip portal is inappropriate in image it shown the we will be having a bath tub in washroom but there was not any bath tub,

Stay was pretty good but the food is bit expensive, and food option is minimum, otherwise property is very good,

The rooms are not so cleaned. The blankets, bed. But the staffs were nice and well behaved but the price of foods and staying is not justified to the level of the price and also the wifi was very much slow

Bad smell is coming in the room. Shower is not working. Food is good. But too much oily. Service is good. From kitchen side

This hotelis not suitable families. Last night there was trouble and trouble and drunknness till 12. 30 am.
