Room mein ajib sa smell ..bed sheet or pillow just jab room book Kiya tab 210 tha room jab hotel mein gaya tab bola humare yaha 210 room hi nhi hai..or manager continue talking on phone (asa feel ho raha tha bhar mein jaw tum log Paisa de Diya avi toh rahena hi padega)..food was great..room service good

The cost of the room was 2300. Totally waste of money. The door of the room was so tight that it was almost impossible to open it every time smoothly, the sofa was torn, there was all-time running water in the washroom. The fridge was very dirty. They said that 24 hours room service is available, but i called to clean my room, they said that room service will start after 11 a. M. If i stay for one night then what is the point if my room service time is after my check out. The swimming pool was very dirty, some small insects were in the pool and the water was not as clear as it should be. It is such a bad hotel that i need to ask for my basic toiletries all the time. I have totally wasted my money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Everything is available near the hotel. 2. The behaviour of the staff is very nice. 3. The manager is very polite and cooperative. 4. Food quality is awesome

Property location is bit far from sea beach around 800m i guess, but near to main road. So communication is good. Local shops and other food outlets are also easily available, if someone to avoid little bit pricy food in property restaurant. Their restaurant is maintained very well and food is very good, but kitchen condition is not so good, lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Room was ok, but ac was not working accordingly including water geyser and also balcony door lock was not in working condition. Swimming pool has not maintained correctly, might be due to rainy season, but floor was covered with slime. So for me it was not in good condition, but some people choose to swim even after that condition. For children there is a park within the property, which is excellent and my son liked it. Service is ok.

Room quality is very poor. Washroom is also unclean. Water bottles are open. Swimming pool water is also not clean.

Dear mm t let's update my horrible experience during my stay at the guest house coral which has earned 4 rating out of 5 from make my trip and so called 3 star property but the facilities are of worse than guest house.
