酒店位於第戎老城，離老佛爺很近。客房比較小，浴室很大。酒店餐廳是米其林2星，小小的十幾桌。非常遺憾沒提前預訂，錯過了。不過周邊步行5-10分鐘有許多餐館，特色蝸牛和紅酒牛臉肉都是值得嘗試的，芥末烤雞尤其推薦。

Nous avons fait un séjour enchanteur. Dégustation des vins du terroir bourguignon parfaitement expliqués par votre sommelier. Avec vos plats si délicieux, vous nous avez fait voyager au delà de nos espérances. Tout était parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe ainsi qu'au Chef, qui, à notre avis, mériterait une 3ème étoile.

An excellent room and terrific bath shower. The breakfast were fresh and local. The staff were very helpful for all our questions. Situated in a great location with access to train station, old Dijon and many restaurants. Highly recommend.

El hotel bien en términos generales. Sólo que el acceso no contaba con 100% elevador. Y eso es muy incómodo sobretodo si tienes limitación física. Mi habitación en el tercer piso solo podía subir al segundo por elevador. Al tercero donde estaba la habitación tenias que subir escaleras y con el problema de mis rodillas. No fue nada confortable

Le personnel aimable et toujours disponible. Dommage pour le petit déjeuner de ne pas se servir ! ( gaspillage) et pas de jus d’orange ! L’établissement très propre . Le restaurant était juste parfait, merci beaucoup au chef et à son personnel !

This was our first visit to Dijon and will not be our last. We stayed for two nights. Throughout, we experienced the highest level of customer service. When we had an issue with the coffee machine and then the air conditioning, we were offered an upgraded room. Thank you, Chapeau Rouge for a wonderful stay.

Tout était parfait. Super location tout près du centre. J'étais en vélo, et le vélo était placé dans un endroit sécurisé. Personnel très gentil, chambres suffisamment grandes, confortables et propres. Si en tournée à Dijon, je reviendrais certainement.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en este bonito hotel. Lo escogimos por estar en la ruta que seguíamos desde España hacia Alemania y fue un acierto en todo. Sobre todo, el personal ha sido lo mejor. Nos esperaban muy atentos para indicarnos dónde aparcar y hacerse cargo del coche. La habitación muy confortable, con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en casa. Excelente ubicación y el desayuno nos encantó, muy francés y muy buen producto, muy bueno. Su restaurante estaba cerrado y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para cenar en la zona. Dimos un paseo al día siguiente por su mercado. Hasta pronto!

Le professionnalisme et l'amabilité de l'accueil, les chambres sont confortables, insonorisées et bien équipées. Un petit déjeuner de qualité constitué de produits de la région. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour découvrir l'hyper centre de Dijon à pieds.
