Quality Inn Dillon I-15

Spent a night here while traveling. Everything was smooth, with no issues. Staff were friendly, room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Our room appeared to be recently remodeled and looked great. They are still undergoing some renovation and it's looking good. Breakfast was typical for this class of hotel. Would stay there again.

The renovations are amazing—they've really transformed the place. It's now super modern, cozy, and just all-around beautiful. But what really made my visit great was the staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were all super professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a fantastic experience.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included eggs and sausage there was enough seating for those eating. There was a server to take your order great breakfast choices. The check in process was quick and with out problems. We don't tend to use the pool.

As snowbirds we have stayed at this hotel for several years. The place is a bit dated however the parking is good and the rooms adequate. However we wont be staying again due to the poor quality of the breakfast. There was no milk for cereal, no juice, no yogurt and no fruit. And even worse there were no knives so customers had to butter the toast with a fork and tear apart the biscuits and gravy with a fork. Even more frustating we were told they had been out of milk for 5 days.Add to that there were at least 5 staff standing around near the desk in the early morning and not one of them could run out to get milk and plastic knives. I got a response back from the manager merely apologizing for the production supply issues. I think more was called for than a apology as that was clearly a brush off.

Clean room, service good, noisy neighbor, breakfast only good for cereal. Woken up by upstairs creep thumping around at 5 AM Disgusting pancakes, thin bacon, gravy with no biscuits. Television using some kind of service that the quality stinks. I couldn’t watch the baseball playoffs. Weird, no major station showing it

Good stay overall. The indoor pool was nice to look at but too cold to use. Clean room and great breakfast selections. Even though the property is near I-15, the room was quiet. Coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch.

This hotel is dated, none too clean. There are toenail clippings on the floor. Two plugins in the whole room. TV is fuzzy, limited channels. The phone doesn't work. The front desk person is very nice. WiFi is good. Food delivery is very limited. It's ok but not likely a repeat customer.

The location is great, right off I-15, yet you don't hear traffic noise. The hotel is much older, does not have an elevator (which we didn't mind), the hallways are very dark and the room was very small; the bathroom was tiny. The carpets needed to be vacuumed, other than that the room was clean. Too bad the window did not open at all. The walls are very thin and the floors are squeaky. One of the two lightbulbs over the sink was out, there are no outlets on one side of the bed (I travel with an extension cord for that reason), the faucet at the sink is useless (it's way too short to even wash your hands under it) and the shower was peeling. Breakfast was well tended to and had all the usual breakfast foods. We were looking forward to using the pool, but the temperature it is kept at, is way too cold (no hot tub).
