This is an amazing location with beautiful scenery. The hotel is super clean from the lobby, dining area, and pool all the way to the patio and the rooms. All the outdoor furniture is high end and sturdy and there is plenty of it. Breakfast was on time and hot, only drawback was they ran out of bacon and it took a while to restock.

Great stay. We had the 1st floor, next to pool. The patio is wide open, and you can walk directly to pool. Perfect for differently abled individuals who need flat surface access to pool. Staff was helpful, cheerful, and kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed one night, then moved to a large ****** hotel (at three times the price) to be closer to the venue. We should have just stayed here! From the moment we checked in, we felt as if we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. The setting is idyllic- perched on the bank of a gentle, picturesque river. The breakfast hostess was warm and friendly. The food was as expected, but that having my second cup of coffee in a rocker on the riverside deck clinched it. We watched as a little boy and his Dad caught trout right from the hotel property! Our room and bed were comfortable and clean. Ask for a riverside room… you will be amazed. We wish we could have stayed for s’mores by the on- property fire pit. We would love to return with our extended family someday. I can picture us rafting down that lazy river.

This place is a must for staying in the Dillsboro area. The rooms are well furnished; the complimentary breakfast is very good; and you are located on a river full of fish. This is a perfect place for our Family Reunion.

Staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Josh at front desk and Miss Debbie in dining area were exceptionally helpful. Beds were marginal but this comment is based on someone who likes a firm mattress. Being able to walk out your patio door in the morning with your cup of coffee and see the river nearby is a wonderful way to start your day. Hotel is very near to restaurant area in Dillsboro.

This particular hotel when previewed online looked more up to date than it actually was. The staff was friendly but we didn’t feel like this room was worth the price. Had to call the front desk for a shower curtain and put it up, not a big deal but makes you wonder what else was neglected.

We came here for our 45th Anniversary and it was so relaxing. The room and balcony were very clean. All of the staff were courteous and helpful.

Pros: The view from the back patio is lovely, the breakfast attendant was very nice, there are some great dining options and local attractions within easy driving distance.
Cons: The bathroom sink did not drain properly, the shower stopped running multiple times in the middle of my shower, you can clearly hear the room next door and I mean CLEARLY.
Overall this hotel has nice staff but obviously needs some work.
