Amazing property and food the internet and current back up is better than any other hotel i stayed in dimapur had a mixed review about citrine but visited and i loved it will be my second home every month thank you citrine

The location is in the heart of city, the hotel staff were polite and gentle, the room are clean and well organised according to the budget, food was reasonable which fit to my budget. Power in the city was irregular but the property made sure generator facility was provide the whole day. Will be visiting soon

I was so pleased and overwhelmed by the service they provided me. Hygiene and food was way better than the last i have visited proper lift and power backup was a plus point. Over all it was worth the money. Visiting soon

Food quality poor, tap in washroom is damaged and broken, light is found fused in bedroom, front desk staff behaviour is good

The hotel amenities are pathetic. No breakfast on time. Lots of insects in the room. No generator back up. Food is terrible

Maintenance is poor. I had shifted two rooms for my four days stay. Food prices are 3 to 4 times higher and quality of served food is not upto the standards. No cleaned bedspread and pillows cover also.

Staying at citrine hotel was a great experience. The hotel service and staff were very friendly and the cleanliness in the bedrooms was excellent.

The amenities provided in the hospital, room interior, furniture, bathroom sanitary, towels, quality of mattress, bedding, tv without dish, i mean it was like some cheap hotel worth value inr 1000. For which i have paid inr 2600. V poor staff was courteous, they did their best to make their customer feel comfortable especially the girl at reception. She was very humble and courteous but but property is so poor and the location is pathetic, there was no road outside the hotel, full of dust n dirt.
