real France experiance. simple but has everything for comfortable stay. quite and safe, right on the most walkable street in Dinan. we slept like babies. will stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

Loved this place. Charming room with a view of the old street. Close to restaurants and the included breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view of the garden. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Great area with much fewer tourists than other locations. A stay we will remember.

C'est une demeure ancienne avec une déco dans son jus, c'est son charme désuet qui n'est pas aseptisé. La dame et son fils sont sympas, petits déjeuners suffisants. Deux plus : un très grand jardin où on peut prendre son déjeuner si on le souhaite, très au calme, et deux chats très câlins, la mère et son fils. Attention, l'accès à la maison est assez sportif, la route étant pentue, il faut le savoir mais allez y pour découvrir cette magnifique ville de Dinan, ce logis est idéalement situé entre le port et la ville haute.

Inconvenient and spartan. I guess there is a certain charm. I couldn’t find it. The one thing every hotel should be able to do is provide good internet. There was no thought for this. Internet was slow and unreliable. Why? Can the owner not afford a router? The whole place smelled musty. Host was friendly and meant well.

We booked in June for September and paid in full in advance. We arrived just before 5 pm and neither room was ready. One was ready after nearly half an hour, the other more than an hour later. However there was a pleasant welcome from the hosts. This wonderful ancient house is on a very steep cobbled street and then has steep stone steps up to it. This makes this accommodation unsuitable for some disabled people. There is a steep climb up to the house from the port area, but the climb up to the main town as about five times longer again. Free parking is about half mile away, so you have drive either up or down the steep hill to drop off the cases. It is bed and breakfast only. There many restaurants in the port area, but many others are up in the town, and so are not easy to reach unless you drive. Breakfasts are very good and the rooms are clean, although there is a musty smell in the ground floor room. One of our rooms had TV but had hair-dryers. The furniture is comfortable but not smart, in keeping with the character of the house. The garden is a nice amenity, but for us wifi reception was only available in the garden because of the house's thick walls. The rooms were not serviced during our stay.

Situé en plein centre historique, le logis du Jerzual est un havre de paix et de calme plein de charme. La maison avec son jardin est historique et charmante. En plein centre historique donc non accessible en voiture (9 mn de marche). Je recommande!

Very nice clean room in a good location in Dinan. 10 minute or less walk to center. Place is on a narrow street with a medieval atmosphere, but of course completely modern inside. Breakfast was very good and host great. Free parking is a 10 minute walk away, though you can unload luggage right at bnb. Definitely recommend Logis du Jerzual.
