Hotel very clean and inviting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area relaxing on a very hot weekend!

The staff are amazing and super helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Only issue in our room was that there was no latch to lock the door from the inside and as a suggestion, a door viewer (peephole) may also be added as security to see who is at the door before opening. Only real issue or disappointment was the pool and spa area. It really really needs some love and care. Pool was too dirty for the kids to swim in and the spa was not the usual “hot” temp, closer to lukewarm. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Overall excellent. Sadly we could not get another night due to Taylor Swift concert. Cannot praise enough given other accom we have had during the past week. No comparison. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has its own bistro, Bar, swimming pool, gym within walking distance and it’s so quiet at night and bed is comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone we met in the hotel and bistro are so friendly and polite. Good value for money as well! We will be back.

Prime location to go either further south or north to Melbourne. Also other close by suburds like Dendenon and srping vale.Stay again if there is a need in the future.

Good parking options for interstate drivers. A little out of the way for non drivers or public transport.

Twin room was large and clean. Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the room was non smoking. Pool area was very run down. Restaurant and function room was lovely and food was good.

Lovely breakfast at the hotel , clean , tidy , easy to park , bottle shop close to grab some drinks . Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely hotel and accommodation. Glad we stayed at this spot. Would visit again.

Surprisingly quiet for a busy road location and easy access to local businesses in the area.

Great rooms, comfy beds, good food options. Staff were friendly. Stayed there for an occassion which made it simple for transportation. Not much surrounding if you dont have a car except for Costco across the road.
