Villa Kolona

The villa is a bit away from the center of Leptokarya but that suited us. Less than 10 minutes walk to Leptokarya Bech. The facility has a small swimming pool with pleasantly warm water. Next to the pool there are swings, a slide for children. The two rooms in the suite were quite large, giving a sense of space. The terrace was large too and well shaded. There is a railway line next to the villa, but the traffic of trains is not burdensome. The car can be parked in front of the villa, on the local road. With the kind lady who gave us the keys and prepared the room for us, you can communicate a bit in German. You can see that the building has an owner who visits it, but it lacks a farm hand. The equipment of apartment No. 8 would probably require refreshing, replacing with new ones. The towel rails in the bathroom are on their word of honor. The shower or paddling pool does not have any curtain, but we have already encountered this during holiday travels. Gasket in the refrigerator with a huge hole - it probably costs a little more kWh of energy. I praised the pool but at least two sunbeds are unusable due to their condition (damage). In the pool itself visible cables from its lighting - is it safe? Very weak WiFi signal. For the entire large three-story building, I found only one WiFi antenna, in addition, on the ground floor, on the opposite side of the room terraces. For today's standards of accommodation facilities in EU countries, with the simultaneous occupancy of several rooms, one antenna is unfortunately not enough
