New 24 hour camera system monitoring of parking lot, pool and dock is currently operational for your protection and the protection of your vehicle, boat and pool activities.
***NOTE - Docks and elevator are currently out of order due to Hurricane Helene, but are in-line for repair and should be fixed by Scallop Season. The good news is that there is a public boat ramp ~100 yards away and a dedicated parking lot across the street from the condo to park boat trailers. Just as Tamara described. Nice, clean condo with great views of Steinhatchee River. Gear locker on ground floor was very helpful. Communication with Tamara was excellent - responsive, professional and accomodating. We will be returning to stay at this condo in the future.

Steinhatchee Scalloping
Our overall stay was very nice and relaxing. Check in, check out and communication with management was very quick and easy. This was listed as a non smoking condo, but on the table of the balcony was an ash tray that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had torrential rain during our stay that had filled the ash tray. My son did not know what the container was and while moving it, spilled it on himself and ended up getting sick from the nicotine. This was also the first time I have been to a rental that has not provided laundry soap, shower soap, shampoo and/or conditioner.

Elevators where not working and was not informed about this nor was the boat docks available. Having a knee replacement several months ago it was not the most desirable place for me at the time.

Once the elevator gets fixed and the dock it will definitely be 5 stars. They were working on both as we were leaving.

Listing says private dock
The listing claims to have a private dock This was the only reason I booked my stay here. I arrived before check in so I took my boat out of the day. After spending the day on the water I go to dock my boat at the PRIVATE DOCK and it’s floating in the middle of the river. I had no choice but to trailer my boat or pay the marina next door to dock my boat. This is false advertisement!!

Family Spring Break Trip
Very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Beautiful balcony and view. Not well stocked with cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself like cleaning rags, paper towels, cleaning solution. Also, make sure you ask about the elevator and dock. These were damaged during the hurricane and it does not mentioned it in the listing. They were not available to use so be prepared to go up 3 flights of stairs and not have a boat slip. We had to pay for a boat slip at Sea Hag.
