Points to improve :
- First impression when you arrive in the entrance hall: feeling of being oppressed. Piles of suitcases in the hall. Small hall vs. large number of customers
- Deplorable reception at reception ＞ Brief and rapid indication of the operation of the hotel (catering hours, bars, etc.)
- Once in the room, no leaflet available concerning the operation of the hotel ＞ we had to ask reception to find out that we had to download a TUI application
- Very few power outlets in the room
- Surprise to receive a hot chocolate in a water glass.
- Does not clear the table at the restaurant level ＞ poor service
- Access to the main restaurant from inside the building is via a descent of 18 steps, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- The main restaurant is configured with tables very close to each other ＞ Feeling of oppression and being at the table with these table neighbors.
- Crossing the corridors to reach the rooms, the spa is quite long ＞ Only one elevator

We made the decision to leave the hotel as soon as we arrived vs accessing the restaurant. Communication with reception and sales was very complicated. After a multitude of requests, we ended up closing our initial file early.
- We are far from a 5 star / palace! Isn’t the primary concern of this type of status not customer satisfaction?

Es war ein richtiger Traumurlaub!! Das Hotel war mega schön, sehr schöner Strand. Das Essen war sehr fein und abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind alle sehr freundlich und nett. Fawzi ein Animator hat es sehr gut gemacht so das sehr viele Leute spass hatten. Die Unterhaltung war sehr Abwechslungsreich für alt und jung für alle etwas dabei. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und man muss nie durstig sein. Ich würde direkt wieder in dieses Hotel gehen da ich es wirklich super fand. Ideal auch für Reiturlaub. Ranch Haschgallul ist ganz nah, super Pferde.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine du 28/09 au 05/10 où nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'hôtel est magnifique, propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Coffre fort gratuit, mini bar rempli chaque jour. Un service de qualité. Les 3 restaurants proposés sont variés et qualitatifs. (Poisson grillé différent chaque jour) Et un choix à n'en plus finir. Vous trouverez certainement quelque chose qui vous plaît (y compris pour les vegans et les végétariens). Au petit déjeuner, les viennoiseries sont faites sur place (tout comme les pizzas midi et soir), jus d'orange pressé et smoothies. Impossible de faire mieux! L'ensemble du personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Un grand Merci à Daly (animation), Salim (restaurant principal), Ali (restaurant barbecue), Fayçal et Moktar (bar de l'hôtel) et tout ceux dont j'ai oublié le prénom pour leur accueil et leur sourire. Un seul petit bémol : les vacanciers qui mettent leurs serviettes pour réserver les transats. C'était un peu le stress du matin. L'hôtel a mis en place un système de retrait de serviettes avant 9h00. Si vous êtes du genre à être connectés. Vous avez à disposition une application (tui blue) qui vous permet de réserver les restaurants à la carte ainsi que toutes les activités proposées par l'équipe d'animation (bien sûr vous pouvez aussi y aller si vous n'avez pas réservé notamment en cas de désistement). Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel qui nous a charmé.

Séjour du 22/09/2024 au 06/10/2024.nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'architecture nous a séduit .le personnel est d'une gentillesse extrême et nous remercions particulièrement AZZEDELINE,WALID et ABDELKADER du restaurant FLAMINGO et TERRASSE OLIVIER qualité de service irréprochable.nous y avions déjeuné tous les midi et avons apprécié la qualité des mets et ce malgré un snack tout était excellent.nous n'oublions pas ALDIN du bar de la plage qui par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité nous a ravis par ses cocktails.remerciement à SANA qui s'est occupée de notre chambre et qui est vraiment très sympathique toujours souriante et toujours un mot gentil. Remerciements à monsieur le directeur général qui est accessible et avec qui j'ai eu des conversations constructives. cela fait plus de 40ans que nous allons sur djerba (nous y allons 4 fois par an) et avons fréquenté une quarantaine d'hôtels et celui-ci nous convient parfaitement nous y reviendrons à la même période l'année prochaine. Super hôtel, tout est parfait. Tout le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. les chambres sont superbes ainsi que les piscines et la plage. point de vue propreté rien à dire c'est impeccable. Niveau buffet nous beaucoup apprécié, la nourriture est bonne et variée, il y a du choix et tout est frais. Le poisson est excellent nous avons pû en manger tous les jours. Un petit mot juste pour les gens qui critiquent les chats de l' hôtel, si ça ne vous plaît pas, ignorez les c est pas plus compliqué. beaucoup de personnes et moi même avons apprécié de les voir ,c était très agréable. Nous reviendrons l' année prochaine sans hésitation

pour la première fois, Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 20/09 au 04/10 dans cet hôtel incroyable, tout le personnel de l’hôtel était au top du top que ça soit le personnel du restaurant, du bar, ainsi que le personnel de ménage des chambres, à la réception et biensur les blue guides. merci à eux d’avoir fait que notre se séjour se passse à merveilles! nous reviendrons sans doute l’année prochaine. je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !!!!!!
