A great stay
Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside is the deckchair race at the pool. You have to get up very early to hope to have a place.

La chambre n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 5 etoiles.!
Draps et taie d'oreillers taches.
Baignoire jaunie....
Mini bar 1 bouteille d'eau plate, 1 gazeuze, 1 boga pour 2 personnes.!
Les boissons au repas non comprises meme l'eau pour un tout compris, pas logique.
Pour 505 euros pour 2 nuits vraiment tres cher et tres decevant.

Lit de grande taille et tres confortable. Une restauration moyenne, un environement sympas. Revoir les rideaux de douche,le café et certains plats sans saveurs ( meme les fruits !). L hotel est propre,entretenu, agreable sans pretention de grandeur ou de luxe. Les jardins sont agreables, tres grande piscine et un acces direct a la plage.( Eau transparente et sable fin.).Les coktails presents sont bons et les bars agreables pour se poser. Les animations sympatiques sans grands spectacles...pour prende un verre. Salle de sport a raffraichir ! Vraiment ! Le personel est serviable, attentif... Bref: certainement pas un hotel 5* mais plutot 3/4*. Tres biens pour se relaxer une semaine, bronzette, soleil avec coktails et plage.

Nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans le monde et connaissons relativement bien les établissements de 5 étoiles. Garden Palace Djerba mérite 3 bonnes étoiles pour ses prestations et 4 bonnes étoiles pour la gentillesse du personnel et surtout pour le temps magnifique en octobre. La chambre est grande, propre et très calme. La literie vraiment impeccable. Le cadre est agréable avec la verdure relativement bien entretenue. La piscine et la plage sont parfaites pour la détente et les activités. Les bars et restaurants sont les points les moins 5 étoiles malgré la gentillesse du personnel. La qualité et le choix des plats méritent plus les 3 étoiles même si nous ne sommes pas difficiles. C’est vraiment dans les détails que nous avons constaté beaucoup d’efforts mais un manque réel d’une vraie prestation de 5 étoiles niveau international. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé de très bons moments bien reposants et revenons sans souci. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse du personnel de l’établissement.

3ème séjour en 1 an et nous sommes encore plus satisfaits que les deux fois précédentes. Tout était très bien, de l'accueil à la chambre, aux restaurants, en passant par les bars et les animations. Je tiens à remercier en particulier Fethi, le chef cuisinier, Hichem et Walid, nos serveurs au restaurant principal. Je ne peux citer tout le personnel, mais je les remercie tous. Une mention particulière à Dalila, ma masseuse du centre Wellness Il est évident que nous reviendrons en 2025.

Magnifica struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Per la seconda volta in questo hotel perchè efficiente, pulito, gestito da personale competente solerte e gentile. Dalla ricezione alle parti comuni la gestione è stata straordinaria; il ristorante principale ha offerto una vasta varietà di piatti così come i tre ristoranti tematici davvero esclusivi. La spiaggia è gestita da personale amichevole e solerte. Romina Beatrice e Daniela rappresentanti in loco di Francorosso sono state assidue nell'intrattenimento davvero brave. Volo Neos in orario ma con catering davvero scarso.

Mooi en groot hotel. Alleen jammer van dat douchegordijn in de badkamer. Niet echt hygiënisch vind ik. Avondanimatie niet zo goed. Vooral gericht op jongeren die op "lawaai" willen dansen. Denk ook eens aan de wat ouderen die wel eens een slowke willen dansen. De karaoke duurt veel te lang. En het hotel moet strenger optreden voor het "handdoekje" leggen! Al om half 7 liggen er handdoeken rond het zwembad!

Tout d’abord un grand merci à Mr Faiçal Fathallah qui nous a attribué la chambre que nous demandions. Nous revenons dans cet hôtel tous les ans, et depuis 20 ans nous n’avons jamais changé d’hôtel. L’accueil est chaleureux, la nourriture est excellente, les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui est très aimable, en particulier à Habiba qui s’occupait de notre chambre, toujours souriante et d’une très grande gentillesse. La plage est parfaite. Les animateurs top, et aimables. Nous reviendrons encore et encore…

Sehr gutes Hotel mit großer und gepflegter Gartenanlage. Es besitzt einen eigenen Strandabschnitt welcher auch immer sauber gehalten wird. Die Zimmer sind groß und werden täglich gereinigt, das Mobiliar sowie das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch in Schuss und sauber. Bei Ankunft wird man überaus freundlich empfangen, die Freundlichkeit trifft überhaupt auf alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels zu.
