The hotel is beatiful. Hotel was clean and tidy and its right on the nice beach. Food was good. Also the service was nice and smiling, expecially Wassim which was cheerful and smiling to us every day. The ideal worker on the photo below from the bar. We spent 10 days in this hotel and we have mixed feelings about it. Let’s see the positive and negative things. They have several pools amongst which a sea water pool, which is great. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and you remain within the resort. There is a bar at the beach where you can still enjoy the main beverages included in the all inclusive package. The beach is beautiful. White sweet sands, warm waters. Green alga are removed daily at dawn. Coming back to the pool, most people reserve their seats with their towels even though there are notice not to do so. If you use the white towel from your room, it will be removed by the staff so you might think about using yours or one of the towels they provide you for a 10-euro deposit. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception are helpful and very friendly. A special thanks to them as they always gave us support and advice when needed. The rooms are outdated but clean. The only glitch is the air conditioning system. It does not work properly. We could never have a temperature inferior to 26 / 27 degrees in the room. So if you cannot sleep if it is too warm, you might consider not choosing this hotel at least in summer. The food they serve at the main restaurant is not international food. It is mainly local. You get warm vegetables and some meats (liver, lamb) with a lot of fat. There is fish but always with bones. Whenever there are hamburgers (twice in 10 days), burritos (twice in 10 days) or French fries (nearly every day), everybody queue for these. Same for pasta, most people were queueing every day for it. Desserts are pastries and if you want to get one with chocolate, think about taking it already when you arrive in the restaurant because there are not always refilled. Otherwise they also have three types of ice cream but in ten days, we never had vanilla ice cream. The fruit offer at breakfast was very poor. Oranges, apples, pears and dattes. Not very exotic fruit… Sometimes you have watermelon or melon. For fruit but also for other dishes, there are often no spoon or fork available to help oneself. You will see that cutlery might be a challenge sometimes. In ten days, we never saw a small spoon to eat our desserts. The only spoons you can find are located next to the big bowl of soup. If you need one for your dessert, go there. Even for ice cream, they only provide small wooden stick to eat it. You might find cutlery in the drawers of the white cupboards in the restaurant or take the food with your hands. This is one of the most frustrating things we experienced in this hotel. I saw several tourists complaining about the lack of cutlery but with no effect. I also saw several times kitchen staff arranging the food with their bare hands, no gloves in sight. Hygiene does not seem to be the priority over there. You can book your dinner at the other restaurant, the Mida. Food is a bit better there. That is the only place where we got a beefsteak (only once in 10 days). The

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

Hello everyone. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. What do I like? Beautiful large territory, good staff, always positive, remember regular guests. Strong animation team, managed by animation chief Amor. Excellent entertainment program for the whole day and of course an evening show. The restaurant has a good selection of food, the bar also has many different types of drinks. There are many cafes and restaurants outside the hotel, you can have dinner for an average price, about 70 dinars per person. I love this hotel and its team. Thank you, chief Amor, for not letting us get bored with the team.

Points to improve : - First impression when you arrive in the entrance hall: feeling of being oppressed. Piles of suitcases in the hall. Small hall vs. large number of customers - Deplorable reception at reception ＞ Brief and rapid indication of the operation of the hotel (catering hours, bars, etc.) - Once in the room, no leaflet available concerning the operation of the hotel ＞ we had to ask reception to find out that we had to download a TUI application - Very few power outlets in the room - Surprise to receive a hot chocolate in a water glass. - Does not clear the table at the restaurant level ＞ poor service - Access to the main restaurant from inside the building is via a descent of 18 steps, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - The main restaurant is configured with tables very close to each other ＞ Feeling of oppression and being at the table with these table neighbors. - Crossing the corridors to reach the rooms, the spa is quite long ＞ Only one elevator - A customer clearly attacked me while I was online. Good points : - Has an iron in the room - Spacious room with beautiful sea view - Free slippers - Diversity of food at the restaurant In conclusion : - customer service needs to be reviewed. We made the decision to leave the hotel as soon as we arrived vs accessing the restaurant. Communication with reception and sales was very complicated. After a multitude of requests, we ended up closing our initial file early. - We are far from a 5 star / palace! Isn’t the primary concern of this type of status not customer satisfaction?

Super excellent Hotel and services. The staff (especially Nadia) among the most friendly, welcoming and helpful of Hotel staffs that we encountered so far during our very numerous travels… A GREAT THANK YOU WITH APPRECIATION ! As for the Hotel itself … NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ! Great room, excellent buffets and, we FELT IT - ALL efforts are made to make the guests feel good and welcome. We hardly are used to make publicities for Hotels, as all guests tastes, likings and priorities are different - but in this case we’ll make an exception…: STAY THERE AND YOU WILL NOT GET DISAPPOINTED !

I really liked the animation team. They are very funny, interesting and responsive guys! They had a great time and danced. I would come back here for them ;) Bardzo podobał mi się zespół animatorów. To bardzo zabawni, ciekawi i pomocni ludzie! Świetnie się bawiłem i tańczyłem. Chętnie tu wrócę dla nich ;)
