Ho passato qualche giorno di vacanza in questo hotel, posizione centralissima e super comoda se la sera si vogliono fare due passi in centro senza prendere la macchina, comodo a tutte le attrazioni che offrono le dolomiti e tutto il resto dei panorami splendidi che offre il Trentino Alto Adige. Hotel carino e ben tenuto, la camera, suite, molto ampia, pulita e con spazi ben organizzati, molto grande il bagno e la cabina armadio, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, nota parla italiano, quasi una rarità. Dispone di una piccola area benessere, con piscina, idromassaggio e di una zona, per adulti, con diverse saune e zone relax, comoda la possibilità di utilizzare, a pagamento, il parcheggio coperto di fronte all'hotel. Prezzo adeguato alla posizione e ai servizi offerti.

Ho appena trascorso 10 giorni in coppia in questa struttura bellissima con una vista panoramica indimenticabile sulle montagne. Hotel in posizione comoda,centrale e circondato dalle maestose dolomiti. Un ringraziamento va alla famiglia Walch per la sua cortesia e disponibilità e a tutto lo staff di di sala e di cucina per la loro gentilezza, competenza. Cucina ricercata con ampia scelta di pietanze. Ottima pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Camera pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. Presente grande piscina, vasca idromassaggio e area relax molto consigliati! Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare per vivere di nuovo questa esperienza unica. Un hotel a 4 stelle che può essere tranquillamente un 4 stelle SUPERIOR. Super consigliato l'Hotel Cristallo! !!!!

Ho appena trascorso 10 giorni coccolata in questa struttura. Hotel in posizione comoda e centrale. Un ringraziamento va al responsabile di sala, allo staff di sala e di cucina per la loro gentilezza, competenza ed adeguamento dei piatti alla mia intolleranza al lattosio. Cucina adatta per tutti i palati con ampia scelta di pietanze. Ottima pulizia degli ambienti. Proprietari sempre presenti e disponibili. Camera comoda ben attrezzata, luminosa finestra+balcone, accappatoi morbidi, presenza di asciugacapelli e kit cortesia. Super consigliato!!

Soggiorno di 10 giorni in coppia. Ottima la pulizia delle camera e della struttura. Buona posizione per raggiungere in auto le diverse attrazioni turistiche. Personale molto cortese ed efficiente. Da un quattro stelle non ci aspettavamo però un trattamento di mezza pensione più da "pensione " con richiesta di scegliere con anticipo il menu che è risultato abbastanza pretenzioso e una brutta copia di novelle cosine. Bizzarra la richiesta di 1.50 per una caraffa di acqua potabile!

Hotel molto vicino al centro di Dobbiaco, con parcheggio gratuito per i clienti. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. Colazione e cena con ampi assortimenti di cibo, servizio molto professionale. Presente grande piscina, vasca idromassaggio e area relax molto consigliati!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questo albergo,degnamente all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Hotel pulitissimo, servizio e accoglienza eccellenti,spa e zona piscina pulita e molto bella. Camere spaziose e pulite,ristorante meraviglioso come ambiente e cucina gourmet ottima ,servizio professionale e pulito! Per me un hotel eccellente!

We were there as a family and really enjoyed the time. The two managers of the house are very keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are extremely stylish and the wellness area has everything you could wish for. We will come back

This is a fabulous place for families with children. The location is close to everything needed for skiing and near the charming city center. Best of all, everyone who works in this family-run hotel is super friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and there are great activities for children...so the adults can relax and enjoy themselves as well!
