Two families booked 3 rooms for 6 people and 2 rooms for 3 people for 15 nights. We agreed in correspondence with David (the hotel owner) that 1 minivan (100 euros) and 1 passenger car (50 euros) would pick us up from the airport. At the airport there was one minivan waiting for us, into which they stuffed 4 people into the back row with three seats, like, children are thin and normal…. and we were driven for 2.5 hours without air conditioning, without seat belts, to the hotel. Then they asked me to pay 150 euros 🤦‍♂️ (50 euros for 3 people and 100 euros for 6 people) Such math. At the reception desk they decided to combine our two separate reservations into one and provide us with 4 rooms for two families - live as you want. Then there was a long story of several hours in the heat and stuffiness, and in the end they gave us another room, but for 5 days. For the next 10 days, the family and their adult son lived together in the same room. The hotel owner, on the fly, came up with various explanations for our decent transfer from the airport, but then we agreed that, in compensation for the “mistake,” we would have the previously promised and free transfer to the airport. On the day of departure, a minivan and a passenger car with air conditioning and in good condition were waiting for us. But upon arrival at the airport, the drivers were asked to pay 60 euros for each car. We asked them to contact David. They called in front of us, but the answer was no and we paid 60 euros each. The rooms in the new building where we were accommodated are good, there are some problems with draining the water in the shower (every time there is a chance that the entire room will be flooded with water). They clean poorly, only visible areas and only upon request. Internet is good. Towels are changed upon request, but at least every day. Replacement of bed is also available upon request. The beach was completely packed. “Away from the bustle of the city” you can stay from 6:30 to 10:00. At night there is a roar from cars coming and going, people relaxing in the bar singing along until 2:00, then they scatter from the bar and continue to scream as they go. The seascape is very beautiful; you can observe marine inhabitants in the water with a mask, especially in the morning, while the water is still clear. I caught rotavirus at sea - two days of corresponding symptoms and three days of diet. We left our reviews on Google, the owner again wrote to us that it was a mistake with the transfer and offers to contact him, but we don’t believe him and decided not to compromise again, but he began to delete our negative reviews. It’s a pity, this attitude towards tourists, judging by the reviews, is the norm.
