Unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to stay at the property because they canceled my booking less than two days before I was scheduled to arrive, leaving me stranded in the height of summer season with nowhere to stay. I emailed and tried to call them no less than 15 times to try to sort out the issue and had no response at all. Extremely disappointing as we were very much looking forward to our stay and now will not be able to travel due to this hotel’s mistake.
