The check in lady was not helpful or friendly. I booked a king room and got 2 queens. The carpet in the hallway was stained with something like paint and needed vacuuming. The lady when I checked out was very friendly and extremely helpful. She should be a trainer for other desk people.

There was a chunk out of the floor in the elevator as well as something spilled on the floor, so I was dubious. The room, however, was clean, and the pool was great. I was sad that the pool didn't open until 10 in the morning, as I like to exercise first thing. It wasn't the nicest hotel I'd ever been in, but the people were nice, so I'd stay again.

Stay wasn't terrible, but check in was not ideal. We had reserved the suite with a king and a queen, and were put in a regular room with one queen. We were told they oversold. After confirming this wouldn't work, we were put in a regular double queen room. The next day we were asked why we didn't get the suite by the front because they had some the day before. Just think there is poor communication and too much construction going on at the same time. Made for a poor experience.

terrible, guests in the room upstairs wers walking around all night and we heard every step. Called the lobby and they seemed to do nothing about it because it continued for the whole night. do not stay here, you can find much better for $150 a night.

Rooms were very clean annd spacious. Easy highway access. Good breakfast. Did hear noise from other rooms like rolling suitcases as floors are not carpeted.
