Awesome i stay good and all staff is good especially to ms manasa reception is kind because i request the room i like she give thank u ms manasa, i always comeback this hotel.

The bedding was not so clean and they didn’t have wifi but aside from that, the rooms are quite big and it’s good value for money.

It’s a very aged hotel but the room is huge! Probably 3 times the size of a normal hotel room. The beds were not comfortable though.. 3-5 min walk from souq wafiq metro station

Very happy! The room is super big, and the facilities and services are pretty good. The location is also good. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I will recommend it to relatives and friends.

I liked everything very much

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to.The bathroom was old and not very clean,the ceiling was ready to fall off and there were bugs in it. I had to put a towel in front of yhe door in order to close the gap between the door and the floor.The only good thing is that the room was very big.

Terrible hotel and room without ac andstuck inside the elevator and the clerks snd front desk very bad and don't response to your complain at all. Terrible experience i think that os6 rnough for Evaluation of this hotel ramada No response of your problem at all

Firstly I confirmed my pick up from the airport with 3 different staff. Each one gave me a different price. I confirmed the evening before my arrival yet no one was there to pick us up. Had to make alternate arrangements and had a deposit not been paid that I would then lose I would have gone to another hotel. Rooms are spacious but nothing else was good. Poor service all round. Had 3 rooms as we were a big family. Tea making facilities but not one room had a teaspoon. Not much better at breakfast. Always had to ask for cutlery and wait 15 minutes and keep asking. Buffet always out of milk. Not enough towels. Towels were not replaced for clean ones even when we asked. Also on arrival my son’s sheets were soiled with blood so had to wait for housekeeping to change them once more at 11 at night. The night before our departure we confirmed and paid for our transfer to the airport. There was a delay and we made it just in time to catch our flight. Charged us QAR300 but the Uber only cost QAR35. Will definitely not be returning to the Ramada. Was our first trip to Doha and the hotel made it a terrible experience.

The overall stay was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful pleasant and friendly.. Special thanks to Mr. Abgaw and Ms. Manasa for their professionalism whit excellent service. We will definitely come back soon…

It was a really great experience the hotel so clean and the staff are so kind i really enjoyed and for sure I'll come back soon i really recommend the hotel for all the persons who want to enjoy their time with great staff .thank you so much

The rooms are huge and I had a pleasant view of local area. Reception and Concierge staff were very helpful and assisted with directions and Taxi to Airport. Breakfast was a real treat. The pool area was not very inviting but pool was refreshing to cool off in during the heat of the day.

There were only a handful of customers when we arrived, yet the check-in process was painfully slow. On average, it took 10-15min to process check in for every customer. I was asked to pay 200 Qatari Riyal in cash (credit card was not acceptable) as deposit which was never mentioned when I booked the hotel. As we entered the room, the house keeper was still cleaning the room. Clearly there is no communication between front desk and house keeping team. The room itself was massive. It came with 2 bathrooms and a living room. However, one of the bathrooms was dirty and has zero amenities (no toilet roll, no towel, no soap) so deemed unusable. The few pieces of furniture in the living room looked somewhat in disarray. There is no phone in the room (strange setup for a hotel), we were asked to use What'sApp to contact front desk if we need anything. We have an early morning flight to catch the following morning and was offered a packed breakfast by the front desk, but again nothing was served the next morning. We end up having our breakfast at the airport.
