I would like to share the bad experience I had at this hotel: During my extended stay, whenever I requested room cleaning services, the reception would refuse with various excuses such as: "Long stays do not qualify for daily cleaning." "We are short-staffed and cannot provide this service." There were times when I had to wait for hours before my room was finally cleaned. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the reception, an employee, M. Samir, responded with shocking arrogance, claiming that he himself had decided not to grant daily cleaning services. He portrayed himself as the sole decision-maker of the establishment, showing no regard for the clients. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was made to wait for a long time, only to be told that the manager was unavailable. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, M. Mohamed, no apology was offered for the unacceptable attitude of his employee. Worse yet, he validated and justified Mr. Samir's behavior, giving him full support. Such management, combined with a blatant lack of consideration for customers, can completely ruin a stay. Think twice before choosing this hotel, especially for a long-term stay where you would expect at least a basic standard of service. Mouhcine
