Stay was amazing . During check in , we received warm welcome from Eleonora and she make the process very smooth and personalized . We entered our apartment and it was amazing and we love the welcome message from Sarah. Apartment view was stunning and my kids loved it . Staff was super friendly , we loved the facilities there . Thanks also for Nour during check out it was also smooth . Thanks for all four seasons resort staff definitely we will come again inshallah .

it is very luxury place to stay and relax. you will enjoy every moment. the room and facilities are great. the staff are very helpful. i like the atmosphere. you can walk around Porto Arabia (The Pearl Island), where a lot of restaurants and cafes

Residence Hotel was luxury from entrance down to very detail of the hotel. What a pleasant stay! Amazing food, amazing ambient and above all amazing service. I came with my friends and we had the most amazing time, a big thank you to all the staff, they are amazing for the attention and the details. I super recommend this place. Give it a try you will love it .

Très beau cadre, magnifique chambre , cadre accessible , des bouteilles d'eau sur la plage , des cours de gym à des horaires variés et surtout un personnel aux petits soins avec une qualité de service et un accueil irréprochable du service d'étage au personnel sur la plage. Le petit bémol : j'ai été un peu déçue par les restaurants ( je les ai pourtant tous testé ) a l'exception du petit déjeuneret la plage qui est trés accessible et tout prés mais pas très jolie avec ce mur a droite avec le port et sa petite taille de "bassin".

We resided at this magnificent hotel for 12 nights, we stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment that was simply breathtaking. This is a brand newly built uber luxury hotel and resort and is located on The Pearl Island right on the cleanest soft powdery sandy beach you will find in Qatar. The quality of this property and its restaurants and service are world class and is one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. There are many dining options, from casual to fine dining including Italian, French, American steakhouse and more. Every member of staff cannot do enough for you, the service is truly astonishing. The hotel is exceptionally well managed and is evident by every individual staff members attention to detail. This is the best luxury address in Qatar and is simply outstanding, don’t make the mistake of not staying at this wonderful hotel & resort.

The food and service was not good. I had to return the wine as it was soured; and the food was not good. At the end, I asked for the bill and the intention was to still charge me for a bad wine that I returned. Extremely expensive and bad quality. Not a 2 star hotel.

This hotel is simply outstanding. The facilities are spotless, the rooms (or better, very sizeable apartments) are fabolous. Service from every single member of the team was world class. We visited with two young children and the level of attention and care we received throughout the stay was incredible. It’s the first time ever we have not left the hotel for 4 days in our holidays. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation whatsoever, a truly special place.
