The victory hotel in doha nice quiet place staff are friendly and humble the reception guys are amazing i forget the name both of them they're from Bangladesh i would like to highly recommend it but i would like to say victory hotel management to provide some toiletries like dental kit atlease including towels quality not good very old when i was checked in i inform about tv not working since 8.40pm i call they said i will send someone to rectify the problem but untill morning nobody came to check please focus on that because we are paying for the same thank you so much. Everything was fine till the check out, i went with my girlfriend to spend the night and we aggreed in not touch the minibar because its really expensive. At the end they came to me with a snickers chocolate opened only in the corner but untouched and i had to pay for it because for obvious reasons i have no way to prove that i did not opened. A bunch of robbers

Booked online with my usual credit card and an option to pay on-site. Was travelling with my son from abroad, and upon arrival was shocked by a last minute "booking cancellation" email despite my assurances I will make an on-site cash payment. No response to my repeated emails, and the booked room was apparently given to someone else, leaving us scrambling with no place to stay. Horrible inconsiderate customer service. Incompetent personal, blaming the customer for their own deficiencies and mistakes. They couldn't even manage a straight-forward credit card transaction saying "check with your bank". Credit card worked fine everywhere else in Doha! Unjustly cancelled booking followed by an insincere and rude "apology". Beware, and stay away if you can.

since we came we had to wait more than 20 min to let us do the check in , we were waiting in the lobby with people who has arrived for hotel quarantine all mixed with everyone what if they was sick or something ?? , room smell very bad , and around 11pm room started to smell like food , which is annoying , you even can't sleep , unprofessional everything , they did not fix anything

I have stayed in this hotel for 10 days during my quarantine in August 2021.one of the worst one I have ever stayed. Wifi is not available most of the time ..food is also very bad .. There is not even a chair in the room for sitting ..so for having food we need to sit on the floor.Rooms are very small

On guest request they can't even provide a multi plug My wife staying there for 2 days for quarantine Not able to talk to her due to plug issue She couldn't charge her phone. No water in Basin, wifi is so slow, room is very small,
