Great stay for its price. Good location near to the subway and many sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and new, nice swimming pool and sauna. The only little thing - there was never enough fresh towels, as the laundry won't deliver them on time (as we were told). So we had only a floor mat and 1 big towel in our bathroom when we arrived, and in 5 days of our stay - they were changed once upon request. The housekeepers promised to bring the other towels later, but it never happened.

I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying.

Great hotel with high quality rooms and facilities, exceptional customer service as well.

The hotel's location is good and the service is OK. It needs to be refurbished and the furnishings are clearly worn out despite the hotel's modernity. Getting in and out of parking is a bit annoying. There is no flexibility in checking in or out. The cleaning service is not at the required level and is not worthy of a 4-star hotel.

Nice and worth the cost

It's a good hotel for transit travel in Doha! Spacious and comfortable, it's convenient to go anywhere, but the disadvantage is that you need to pay half of the room fee if you check in early

The room was nice. Also hygienic. It's also convenient, not far from the subway station.

My husband and I were at this hotel in June. We liked everything very much. The hotel has very tasty and varied breakfasts. We would like to say a big thank you to Jamal from the reception. He was always responsive and solved all the issues. I recommend this hotel.

Situated walking distance to National Museum, Old Port, Museum of Islamic Art or Souq Waqif. Some restaurants or street food around. Metro station walking distance. Nice fresh and clean room, very helpful staff. Great breakfast, very appreciated that we could have breakfast earlier due to our early departure

Positives: Good location within a 5 minute walk from the Museum metro stop on the gold line. Staff are nice. Check-in was smooth. Security in foyer. Room was nice and quiet, spacious and comfy. Breakfast had a good choice of food. Negatives: Bedroom need better cleaning. Dust and particles on carpet. Couldn't have been hoovered before check-in. Carpet was threadbare, needed replacing. Breakfast had good choice, but it needed replenishing faster. Not enough tables at busy times and was very congested. Overall: Nice hotel, would have rated higher if the small improvements were made.

The food is very good.. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. The hospitality is top notch from the reception all the way to the room service. Its a place to be whenever in Doha. All the amenitues are working right as compared to most hotels, God bless Jouri

Very comfortable bed and nice pillows. The room is very spacious, has everything you need (except for a hair dryer). There was no noise at night which allows you to really rest, specially if you're coming from a long flight. Staff are very welcoming. Only indoor pool and not super nice.
