We are pleased in staying at retaj, very good service

Highly recommended if you are traveling to Doha!! The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is delicious! It was nice that it was right in front of the beach and within walking distance of Doha City Center Mall. I wanna thank Nadim, a staff of hotel, he is very kind and helped me to find my passport. As soon as he heard that I had left my passport in the taxi, he immediately got the taxi number and contacted the taxi driver. It took only 3 hours that I received my passport from taxi driver. Really thanks to Nadim!!

Structure very well positioned in front of the beach for customers. Nearby Mall center, restaurants, cafes and well connected to all tourist attractions. Excellent experience, thanks also to the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. The dinner buffet could be improved .

Facing the sea, the scenery is beautiful, but the windows cannot be opened and the air cannot be exchanged. The breakfast is average

The room is quite large, but the bathtub is too small and the water is a bit cold. Breakfast was not bad.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and the service staff is very friendly. But the location of the hotel is relatively remote, and it is not convenient to shop and eat around.

Me and my friends visited the Retaj hotel for swimming pool day pass access with buffet to celebrate birthday. It was the best option that my friend has selected they have variety of food options in buffet. The sea food was amazing and the place was very suspicious and staffs are very accommodating. For me I can consider it as a classy restaurant.

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the beach and the shopping centre. I felt very safe as a solo traveler at this hotel. A good choice of places to eat were close by. The breakfast was decent, had a good variety to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming. Viranya was very kind and gave me some great advice on places to see. She also changed my room to a much nicer room as the people next to me were very noisy. Arif Chouhdry from housekeeping was also very helpful. Unfortunately the spa staff were very unprofessional, this was in attitude and appearance. I booked an appointment but still waited 45mins until I was seen, the staff member assumed I was a friend of another staff member. While I was in my towel waiting she still asked me twice if I was a customer. She made me feel very very uncomfortable. This was on my last day so it put a sour note to the end of my trip. Apart from that experience, everything else was fantastic. I would come again (but would not use the spa services).

I stayed at this hotel with a friend from June 1 to 8, 2024. It was our first time flying to Doha, and we were not disappointed with our choice of hotel. I asked the receptionist to place us in a room with separate beds immediately upon arrival, as well as to upgrade the room in terms of floor height and a beautiful view. My request was met without any issues, and we were given a nice room on the 17th floor with a magnificent view of the city and the bay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, accommodating all our requests, and promptly calling us a taxi whenever we needed - we especially liked Azat. He was a very polite and decent young man. What pleasantly surprised us was that the hotel provided as much water as we wanted, without the usual half-liter per person per day limit seen in other hotels worldwide. The proximity of the beach to the hotel and the free beach access vouchers from the hotel also influenced our choice. We initially paid only for breakfast and were very satisfied with it - the variety and quality of the food at breakfast amazed us: yogurt, porridge, traditional bean soup, chicken/meat dishes, eggs any style, vegetables/fruits, sweet pastries, and pancakes with honey. In general, our conclusion is: despite the hotel's 4-star rating, we rate it at 5 stars, and the cost of the hotel is quite reasonable even for 4 stars.

Retaj Hotel in Qatar, we stayed here for 8 I really like it. The stuff are absolutely brilliant helpful customer service. I’ll say 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back here from London Whole of Qatar it’s nice laid-back country everyone is nice better than Dubai Five star rating from me Lee

The breakfast was really good and the tickets to the beach were well revieved however the room was outdated with inadequate wardrobe space.the room was small for 3 people. We stayed 10 days and never got to use the pool as the heating system was broke.every day we were told tomorrow it will be fixed but it was not.im very disappointed as the pool was the main reason we booked retaj al rayan for our stay.

This was such an amazing experience. I was at this wonderful hotel for the World Aquatics Championships 2024 in Doha and I had the most pleasant stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Mostly everyone spoke English so this made it very easy to communicate with staff. The food was amazing. There were a lot of different options to choose from and everything tasted great. The room was spacious, clean and various free necessities were provided. If I ever return to Qatar-which I hope to - I definitely will be staying at the Retaj Al Rayyan hotel again.
