I recently stayed at the Grand Regal Doha, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The cleanliness was appalling—dirty carpets, stained furniture, and bathrooms that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. The entire place had a musty smell that was impossible to ignore, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The management was equally disappointing. They were unresponsive to complaints and seemed indifferent to the concerns of guests. When I raised the issue of the poor hygiene standards, they brushed it off as if it wasn’t their responsibility. There’s clearly a serious lack of oversight and professionalism in how this hotel is run. To make matters worse, the security was concerning. Unauthorized individuals seemed to have easy access to the property, and the staff didn’t seem to take guest safety seriously. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Grand Regal Doha does not live up to even the most basic standards of hospitality. Avoid it at all costs.
