The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

Very good value for money hotel right next to the metro, clean, very spacious room. The hotel has somewhat old but functional equipment. The night team at reception is not very welcoming

This hotel is not bad, except that it is a bit old, it is quite comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, the Internet speed is fast, the restaurant is also good, and the facilities are all there, so you can rest assured

The Hotel staff has an excellent service specially the front desk ladys. Nursam she so accommodating always smiling and happy to serve the guest. Feel like home in this hotel I will sure recommend this to my colleagues n family.... Hotel a gym jacuzzi sauna which I feel comfortable 5star all n all rating

Concorde is by far 1 of the best hotel I've stayed in. The people here is so lovely and friendly. From the receptionist Nursam to the security guard max and Timothy. The food is also excellent and the amenities. Available shuttle to and from the airport

We slept only for few hours as it was just a stay between flights. It is nice hotel but needs some updating soon. We probably did not get best rooms, but anyway; AC is quite loud, so we had to turn it off. Did not use any facilities. Otherwise probably quite ok hotel..
