Everything was going well until the rest of my family arrived late on the 16th, around 11:45 pm. The receptionist treated them very rudely and ignored their request to take their belongings to the room. He even made fun of them. I was not aware of this until the following day when my family told me about it. I immediately raised a complaint against the receptionist. I don't wish to stay in a hotel where guests are not treated kindly.

Doubletree was my best experience ever, the hotel has amenities such as Pool till 9 PM, Gym 24 and Kids Club. The hotel location in downtown near to everything, Staff is well trained and professional especially Reception and Front Office Manager Abir thanks for warm welcoming and see you soon

They have a very nice swimming pool located at the Roof Top with a beautiful view of the city. The pool is open until 9pm and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. They have restaurant next to the pool open until midnight. My husband used the steam and sauna. Gym open 24 hours. The staff are very helpful and proactive with our needs. Thank you Everyone ❤️❤️

It’s our second visit , they used to have Mood Lounge Bar in the roof top with live DJ but now to our surprise, they no longer have DJ but we still enjoy the place. They have shisha and the food selection in the menu is better than before. Very nice stuff big thanks to them specially Anas and ely highly recommended

Good food, friendly staff. Very nice hotel and accommodating staff. Will surely come and visit again. Nice location, just in the center of Doha and near to all tourist spots like Corniche, Al Bidda Park, Souq Waqif and near to metro stations.

I have been in Doubletree Downtown with my friends to celebrate my friend's birthday. The two bedroom appartement is spacious, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We have prepared our own dinner in the kitchen and a special thanks to housekeeping for providing us with whatever we had needed. Also a special thanks to front office for their constant warm smile. The pool was clean and the water was just amazing, I can say the same for the gym as well, it's well equipped and cozy. The kids club area was nice and we were welcomed there for a Painting workshop, we had a lot of fun with my friend's kids, and we made nice memories and pictures there. Thank you Doubletree Downtown and see you all very soon.
