The room is new and clean, the service is good, there are Chinese speaking staff at the front desk, and the location is excellent, just across the road from the city center shopping mall.

Waldorf Astoria is worthy of being the darling of the Gilded Age. Waldorf Astoria West Bay Doha perfectly reproduces the classic elements of Waldorf Astoria in New York, using various colors to represent different functional areas. The green of the rooftop swimming pool, the black and white of the rooms, the red of the main restaurant, the blue and white of the lobby, the pink of the dessert shop, and the gold and bronze of the exterior all amazed me.... Service is also one of the characteristics of Waldorf Astoria. Every employee is very polite, enthusiastic and talkative. Riva and Julia in the front office prepared a gorgeous room for me, Reinette and Bhanita in Ledoux pastry shop presented me with a perfect afternoon tea, and the gentleman Yaseean and chef Hardick in Tribeca Market all-day restaurant let me taste a delicious breakfast I would also like to thank the staff of Ctrip's overseas hotel reservations for helping me modify my order and re-contacting the hotel to arrange a room for me.

The hotel is newly opened, with elegant decoration. The service staff is attentive, meticulous and professional. The breakfast is half-order and half-self-service, with not many varieties, but the quality is remarkable. The swimming pool is on the 43rd floor, with a jade green hue, which is quite elegant. There are two shortcomings. First, the hotel room charging sockets only have three British sockets. Newly opened hotels should have more sockets. Second, the minibar was empty. After I reminded them, they quickly sent someone to refill the food and drinks.

I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered the door, and the service was particularly warm and considerate. The room is spacious, comfortable and gorgeous, and the bathroom facilities are complete. The restaurant on the first floor is no worse than the Michelin restaurant in terms of ingredients, service or taste. Highly recommended! If the score is 100 points, I would give it 200 points! Waldorf Astoria was excellent as always, I stayed in Doha for a total of seven days. Stayed with Waldorf Astoria for 5 nights. From breakfast to the bar in the evening, from the swimming pool to the hotel spa, everything really satisfied me. The only shortcoming is that foreigners' thinking is not flexible enough, and some doormen's services are slightly flawed. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price/performance ratio was very high during the trial operation period.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The style is black and white, retro, simple and low-key. The service attitude is impeccable. The staff are very friendly and ask how I am doing. I said I ate too much and they sent me fruit to the room to help digestion. If I want to eat at other restaurants, they will recommend it and help me make reservations in advance and go directly. Because it is a night flight, I have nowhere to go after checking out early. I communicated with them to delay the check-out, and they helped me delay it to 5 pm, which is very good.
