Fabulous apartment! Extremely spacious. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bedroom with a california king and thw second was a twin room. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which was an en-suite. Kitchen with all amenities provided. Nice living area with sofa and tv, as well as dining space. Underground parking available. Only thing I would say is the finishing is terrible, sockets hanging loose, paint job is rough, plaster on tiles which hasn't been wiped and now dry. The extractor fan in thw kitchen hanging by a wire. All these things make a 5* a 5* . If they can rectify these small things, it would be 10/10. A steal for the price and a short stop over trip.

The hotel had great service. The people were friendly. It wasn’t too far from other places, so good-ish location. Overall a good experience. It’s a pity the room was extremely tiny. There was barely any space in the room. But we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

the room very well with refrigerator, heating for you or coffee, the bathroom with cream soaps, dentifrice etc. I just don't like was that they didn't clean you or fix the room in three nights.Every time we asked for something or there was a problem The electrical shoes were not matching and brought us different shoes. We had an 8 hour layover in Doha and decided to go to a hotel for a few hours between flights. We arrived in the middle of the night and unfortunately they didn't find our reservation. This took about 30 minutes to resolve, which shortened our already very short night. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we finally got our room it was very good. Basic, but nice. After a long flight, it felt luxurious to have a bath and stretch out in clean sheets. We used Uber both ways and it was convenient and inexpensive. I would choose this hotel again in Doha.

The hotel is a real children's hotel. The children run through the dining room and as an older holidaymaker you cannot eat in peace. The dining room is a real canteen. The servers work very hard and are very friendly. However, there are too few servers to clear and polish the tables. The children (and many parents) leave a large amount of food scraps on the tables. You don't get a tablecloth or a cloth napkin, as you should in a 5-star restaurant. It's very chaotic. We had previously walked into Rixos Dubai and Rixos Abu Dhabi to see if Rixos would be a good choice for us. Those hotels look much better and nicer. That is no comparison with the Rixos Gulf hotel. We often saw small children taking food from the buffet with their hands and/or putting it back again! The reception staff, especially Darezhan, is very helpful! he deserves all the praise! Mr Faruk from Crust, the coffee bar, is a great person, he knows you by name and spoils you. Some rooms have no view, this was the case with us the first few days. You then look at a latticework. Mrs. Darezhan then gave us a nice room. If it is cold and, as in our case, you cannot sit in the evening, the bar with 2 tables fills up quickly. You can't get in anymore! We had booked all inclusive and walked to the Ritz Carlton for 2 evenings to have a beer there for a fee.

The facilities and hygiene are perfect, everything is new and smart. What I like most is the aromatherapy machine in the room. You can choose your favorite scent every day. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests in the hotel. There were basically no other people eating breakfast during the few days I stayed. The service in the restaurant was very good, and the banana cake for breakfast was very impressive. The only drawback is that the room service is lacking and the ability to respond to emergencies is poor. Maybe it’s because of the new hotel?
