We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, but the kindness of the staff is what makes the stay most memorable. I want to thank everyone who helped me during my stay: Lorah, Rahul, Arathy, Rai, Achref and Ben. They were so helpful during a difficult time and I’m very appreciative of their efforts. The quality of the rooms was great, I wish I had had a chance to check out their pool and gym. The WiFi is fantastic as well!

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

I love travel but this The Town Hotel, one of My Favorite. Stayed for 4 times at the town hotel. It was gorgeous hotel & high Recommended in Doha. Best service from All the staff, even since pre arrival till check out time. Outstanding service, Big Thanks to Morris, KC, Aditya. This hotel management must give best recognition to them, those staff always give the best service & make good memorable experience for me. And one more thing, The room is very clean & tidy, thank you for the housekeeping team. For breakfast quite tasty & worth it and cheap, thank you. Will come soon for my 5th times stay.

We had an 8 hour layover in Doha and decided to go to a hotel for a few hours between flights. We arrived in the middle of the night and unfortunately they didn't find our reservation. This took about 30 minutes to resolve, which shortened our already very short night. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we finally got our room it was very good. Basic, but nice. After a long flight, it felt luxurious to have a bath and stretch out in clean sheets. We used Uber both ways and it was convenient and inexpensive. I would choose this hotel again in Doha.

GGuest UserWe celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

My favorite is The Cellar that serves excellent Spanish tapas and wines. The buffet breakfast is as described by the hotel: lavish. I usually stay at Hyatt Regency Oryx to break my long flights from Asia to the US.

TthomasgggWe (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o

吴吴The hotel is very good, next to it is the big villagio shopping center. It is said that it can be ranked third in the shopping center in Doha, from low to high consumption. It is said that there are also in Macau and Las Vegas. I am not sure about this. Luxury stores have a dedicated area and a large children's playground.
The hotel is really good. Doha is clear at a glance. There is also an empty swimming pool on the 19th floor. Unfortunately, it is not borderless. The breakfast is also good, but I am not used to eating. The service is very friendly, more friendly than domestic. The front desk took the trouble to check Ctrip's voche with me. If you are in traffic, take a taxi to more than 20 companies at the airport, about 30 cards, about 60 yuan, and not many people staying. I like this. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

При том, что дорожки достаточно узкие, это напрягало, тк нельзя спокойно прогуляться - постоянно вынужден оглядываться, что неудобно особенно с ребенком. И не очень чисто в ресторанах, мы так поняли, что это в цели вопрос Катара. Для того, чтобы у тебя убрали посуду со стола, об этом нужно просить. Под столами могут валяться салфетки, крышки, крошки и т.д. Что, конечно, не соответствует 5 звездам. НО персонал отеля очень отзывчивый не все просьбы, пожалуй, за счет них и остается хорошее впечатление об отеле. Сам отель, кстати, не новый, нужно быть к этому готовыми. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить шеф повара, который готовил кашу и другие блюда по запросу для дочки, что для нас на фоне достаточно однообразного меню было важно. Кстати, об этом. Есть ощущение, что отель заточен на гостей, приезжающих на 1-2-3 дня, питание везде очень однообразное, на завтраки каждый день одно и то же. Поэтому лететь в этот отель на долгий отдых я бы не советовала. А на выходные вполне.
