I ordered one of the most beautiful rooms junior suite Ethno Chic Blue. Having arrived about 40 minutes after the call, I immediately paid the entire bill and bought champagne as a gift for my fiance. Opening the door of the room, a sharp, stale smell hit my nose. a dense layer of dust on surfaces and large balls of dust on the floor. I conclude that the room was not even checked before the guests arrived. As an apology, we were offered another room, which we initially did not want to take, but we had to because we arrived tired and simply did not have the strength to look for another place. after all, it was possible to check if everything was in order before letting guests in... they never explained to us why the room we ordered was not ready. The girl from the reception came up to the room to make sure. then she persistently repeated many times that she did not know why this happened. Conclusion: cleaning is a weak point. Please pay attention to the bathroom: there should be no hair in the bathroom, on the shelf by the mirror or on the floor! The toilet is covered in fungus, stains on the pillows and dead insects are unacceptable for a four star hotel. One of the advantages is a very comfortable bed. I wanted to buy a few more surprises from the list of services as a gift for my fiance, but our holiday, as well as our mood, was ruined. breakfast was the last straw. We didn’t want to worry any more, so we silently handed over the keys and left. nervous breakdown, shame and great disappointment - definitely not recommended!

very welcoming place, helpful and kind staff, warm and clean room. very good breakfast and very convenient parking in front of the hotel. the location is excellent, very well connected by public transport. we were very satisfied with our stay at Villa Gasparini.

On the road that runs alongside the Brenta canal there is this small noble palace recently completely renovated, with small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast is not a buffet but must be ordered the evening before in terms of time and list of courses.

We were booked in for 3 nights on a wine trip with friends. After ignoring our greeting, we were told how unfriendly Germans are. Since the food warmer lives next to the terrace, we were rudely turned away. To top it off, our dinner was something warmed up in the doggy box. The operators were in no way inferior to their staff when it came to friendliness. We decided to cancel the vacation as quickly as possible after 2 of 3 days. Recommendation not to book here. Instead, be sure to enjoy some great times next door in Villa Fini.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft vorzeitig nach zwei Übernachtungen verlassen. Das Personal war unerträglich unfreundlich. Die Zimmer im Anbau sind zwar klein und zur Straße raus, also laut , aber sauber und ordentlich. Der Auswahlzettel für das Frühstück ist eine Zumutung, das Frühstück selbst ebenfalls.

For the second time we chose this hotel and we were impressed by the courtesy, helpfulness and seriousness of all the staff, including the owner. Comfortable room and also excellent breakfast. Definitely worth rebooking!!!

As soon as you enter, you are greeted warmly, a typical place that offers every experience of the place. delicious and rich breakfasts. a very well-kept and quiet open place. the room assigned to us was taken care of down to the smallest detail and very colourful. I would like to go back soon.

It was summer 2021 at the time of booking, great professionalism. Upon entering the hotel, there were two people at the reception, neither of them bothered to respond to the greeting, not even raised their heads.

Welcoming hotel with lovely internal garden, comfortable rooms and bathroom with hydromassage. Many services offered (aperitif on the terrace for example) and young and efficient staff. A few meters from the Brenta, 10 minutes from Dolo (small but charming centre, 1500 mill and restaurants), and possibility of taking the ferry to Venice from Fusina. A nice surprise!
