"***TOURIST BEWARE!!!! Unfortunately we were not able to get back into hotel late at night. They left us stranded Hotel is Not 24/7 as advertised! We called main phone number numerous times line was disconnected we banged on the lobby doors & rang doorbell Nobody ever answered. I should have picked up the signs from day one—we were given a room without any air conditioning just a stand up fan. I went back to the front desk and questioned it I assumed all rooms had A/C apparently some do and some don’t but they’re the same rate. Go figure! They then changed my room which had air conditioning we weren’t given an option at first—when we took showers it seems like they control the water temperature. There wasn’t enough hot water just for a few minutes then it was ice cold. I notified reception and they stated would look into it but Never did! I complained twice because it happened again next day! Well we weren’t able to stay the second night because they locked us out totally stranded in unknown area it was mid 40o in the middle of the night since this time of year weather drops but warm during the day. Just a true nightmare on Vacation NEVER Again!! Luckily we were with friends we had come back from a birthday celebration. They contacted their family to rescue us for the night. I just can’t imagine if you don’t know of anyone trying to find another place last minute! I didn’t want to stay there any longer even though we paid the week up front. I requested refund they tried negotiating for a comp I didn’t feel safe any longer unfortunate the decor is beautiful but found a much better place right in the central area. They do take care of You and the cleanliness someone Always in their Lobby for 24/7traditional decor we were happy with the recommendation"
