Empieza con la desventaja de no tener playa. Los buffets dejan mucho que desear, comida mal preparada, poca variedad e incluso platos recalentados o reciclados. El AC no funcionaba, pero no quisieron cambiarme de habitación, decían que estaban llenos, el último día la habitación inundada de agua y había mosquitos dentro, ni siquiera una disculpa ofrecieron por su mal servicio.

I think it was not without reason that the hotel changed its name to a different one. Apart from the people at the reception, no one speaks English or Dutch. Where the information when purchasing a holiday states that English and Dutch are used. There was a constant problem when cleaning the room. If there were towels, there was no drinking water. If there was drinking water, there was no body lotion. Every day we went to ask for something to be reported. On the second day, there was no electricity after 7 p.m. for about an hour. The fruit was not edible every day because of the heat outside. The fruit was rotting.The beer brought by the waiters for dinner was cloudy and sour twice, and when we pointed out that we wouldn't drink it, they started saying something in Spanish, I guess they were insults towards us.The last two days of my stay there was no hot water for bathing, I asked the receptionist when there would be hot water and the answer was that he didn't know that maybe today or tomorrow, which now resulted in my illness. I do not recommend the hotel.

J’ai adoré mon séjour à cet hôtel et j’y retournerai probablement. Nous avons très bien mangé, site très propre, excellent service, personnel souriant, bref je le recommande.

Très chouette hôtel à l exception du monsieur au centre de plongée qui vous vend du rêve pour l excursion de saona et qui s est avérée un vrai désastre : 1h a attendre sur le quai avant de pouvoir embarquer sur le bateau, arrivée sur l île pas d organisation du tout pour le repas nous avons eu tout notre groupe faim et soif car arrivé à notre tour il n y avait plus rien, choisissez votre excursion avec votre tour opérateur c est un conseil
