There are no windows in the hotel room, and the sound insulation is very poor. The waiter only speaks Italian and it is extremely difficult to communicate. The breakfast is terrible. I accidentally left my headphones in the hotel. The hotel repeatedly pushed back and did not handle the mailing matter. Really rubbish experience.

This is a hotel with an enviable location, in fact it is right in front of the Domodossola station, but despite this you will not hear any noise from trains or anything else, as it is well soundproofed. It is also located about 200 meters from the center, therefore I recommend it to everyone. For those arriving by car, the hotel has an internal and free parking with about ten spaces. It is also very functional, the rooms are large and equipped with TV, hairdryer, safe, desk and have been renovated a few years ago and the cleaning is well done. The breakfast is very good and varied, both sweet and savory, eggs are also available on request. Inside there is a starred restaurant and related bistro that I have not tested however as they are closed for holidays. What can I say .... an excellent 3 star hotel completely deserved! Carpe Diem
