Absolutely amazing from start to finish, visited for a family birthday party and wow, the entrance is stunning with all the art deco and the ballroom was jaw dropping, leanne couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble, with fantastic customer service from her and the bar team, what a night. Now I know I can visit the resturant without staying in the hotel we will definitely be trying soon! Brilliant 👏

Our go to hotel when in Donny. Reasonably priced. Interesting take on Art Deco. Lovely helpful staff. Great breakfast, lots of variety. Large carpark. Within walking distance for the centre of Doncaster. We have stayed here several times and we look forward to returning when next in Doncaster.

An interesting Art Deco hotel. Don't be fooled by the bland exterior appearance of this building as the interior has been lavishly refurbished. Well located, an easy walk from the city centre and fairly close to the race course.

Themed Afternoon tea was lovely but the staff was a little evasive, took some time to get attention when required, waitress walked off at one point while I was still talking, has to repeat again on their return..,..,..... ..................

We have stayed here many times in the past and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Doncaster. The hotel is fantastic with a good range of facilities. I would highly recommend

Me and some friends have just got home from attending a themed afternoon tea here… I have nothing but great stuff to say about my experience at the earl of Doncaster. We got greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant by Andrew and a female member of staff. They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, all of the cakes and pastries were freshly made in house, the blueberry and lemon one was the die for! When we made our way to the scones Andrew had noticed we had used all of our jam and cream and offered to fetch us some more! Since the afternoon tea was themed we have specially decorated tables with beautiful pink and purple flowers on accompanied by soft music playing and TVs screening bridgerton (our theme!) . If you are thinking about coming here for your afternoon tea then I really recommend you do! We had to take some cakes away in cake box! They were too good to leave behind but unfortunately we were too full to finish them all in one sitting.
