It’s a very good hotel.

Perfect location with excellent services. I checked in late but still OK, great room with view.

Beautiful riverfront view, large bathtub, delicious breakfast, ride to train station, warm friendly staff. Can't really ask for more. From here I could easily walk to most interesting parts of Dong Hoi. I'd come back for sure.

It’s a new hotel and still settling in. Individual staff try their best but management support and training is also needed to improve.

Overwhelming service standards, absolutely value for money in terms of the luxurious experience you’ll receive. Enjoyed the bathtub, and absolutely loved the bath robe that they provided - so cute and comfortable! The staff also gave great advice on the nearby amenities (supermarket). Only complain that we have was that the aircon felt a little warm during our visit.

The hotel is clean, practically the same as the pictures online. Reasonable price near Vincom and Lotte centers. The hotel's water is very sweet.

I really like the black and white decoration style of the Pearl Hotel, including the bedding and towels. The room is clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and the parking is free and convenient. I was surprised to find a cake and birthday wishes when I returned to the hotel after my birthday dinner on the day of check-in! The hotel has its own shopping mall and supermarket, which is very convenient! The room has a beautiful view of the city! The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the staff also recommended a Thai restaurant nearby. The pickled lemon prawns are so delicious! It would be even better if there was an electric iron in the room!

The hotel is overall clean and tidy. The staff is polite. However, the indoor swimming pool cannot be used and the lunch meal is a bit expensive.

The overall feeling is very good. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are spacious, bright and well-equipped. The breakfast restaurant is also very grand and has a good view. It would be nice if the service awareness of the restaurant service staff could be improved a little bit.

Every time I go to the room, fruits and cakes are provided to entertain old travelers, which is very considerate.

It feels good to stay in Hue and Da Nang Quang Binh Quite old 

The place is nice, but the waiters are not as professional as muong thanh. Clearly insufficient training, despite trying hard to appear professional.
