The stay was average. Staff is good and cooperative. Improvement aspects-
1. Linen requires cleaning, lots of stains and marks. 2. Toilet must be sanitized and cleaned. 3. At-least a bottle of water must be complimentary. 4. Bathroom slippers must be provided. 5. One luggage rack must be provided.

Property location is best, and hotel is neat and clean, food quality is excellent, behaviour of present staff very good and supporting to travellers

Hotel was well maintained and overall experience was good. If i visit the place in future i will plan to stay at pahuna again

Just a decent room to stay, service is missing technically, no one to pick up luggage or no security as such. No generator as well where we faced frequent power cuts. Washrooms could be little cleaner. Bedsheet and spreads were not clean. Located in the main road.
