Hotels near Discovery Oriental Venice Plaza -C2 Area, Dongguan

The location is very good, opposite Wanda and next to the Zhushan Market. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues around, which is very convenient. The overall stay in the hotel is quite comfortable. Although the decoration is a bit old, it has everything it needs. The mattress is very soft and easy to sleep on. The laundry room also has a dryer, which many hotels don't have, and there is also a dedicated area for drying clothes. The price on non-weekends is also very cheap, which is quite cost-effective, so I stayed for four consecutive days. Next time I come to Dongguan to meet friends, I will stay here if the price does not rise too much.

It is the best hotel in Dongguan. Great location with a Wanda shopping mall besides the hotel, also Dynatown shopping mall is near and Zhonshang park is just 20 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel has great amenities, complete gym and indoor swiming pool. Breakfast has good western options. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel parking lot is relatively large, the transportation is convenient, and there is a shopping mall and subway next to it

The front desk staff are very welcoming to guests. The hotel is equipped with a restaurant and a laundry room. Check-in is very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic. It is a good stay experience. I recommend everyone to stay.

Nice hotel in a good location. Quiet but surrounded by good eating choices. Very good Chinese breakfast with reasonable selection of Western food, too. Window can open and blackout curtains work very well. One power outlet is not switched off when the key is removed. Bed was firm. All staff interactions (house keeping, food and beverage, and front desk were positive. Concierge Edward was especially helpful in English. My only criticism (and this applies to hotels in most cities in China - Beijing and Shanghai excepted) is that ”non-smoking” rooms are a complete farce and chances are the previous occupants (and current neighbours) smoke and you will smell it, no matter how much room deodorant is used.

Impressive service, sincere staff！ This is the first time I stay in here and I already fell in love with this hotel！Service at its best！ Staff in FO part by jackson were so nice, patient and friendly. Despite the long waiting line, staff still showed a great attitude and started some sincere small talks with every visitor. Big salute to best service ever seen. Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Great thanks to you,Positive energy from staff shaped a chill and relaxing atmosphere here. The stay was so enjoyable and unforgettable. Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

The hotel was good but the breakfast did not have English name placards which was very important to understand the dishes for international clients .

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.
