It was my first time to come here on a business trip. I heard from the factory workers that this hotel is great! So I came to experience it for one night! It's really good! Beautiful environment! Clean and tidy! The corridor looks like a landscape from a distance! The girl at the front desk is also very warm and generous! The room is also smart! You can close the window by just moving your mouth! It's worth praising!

Hotel reception is not good. Their service is low . Facility are so so

My friend booked a hotel for me. It feels very good, the environment is good, I sleep comfortably, and it's very quiet. The hotel has free parking. I'm very satisfied with the parking. There is a breakfast room, which is very rich, including bread, fried dough sticks, corn, and Nanchang crock pot soup. The hotel The service is very good, especially the front desk, which made me satisfied with every detail. There are electric car charging stations, and friends with electric cars are very helpful! The hotel is very cost-effective in the entire Pearl River Delta. The hotel hygiene is very clean, the service attitude is very good, and you can drink as much water as you like! If I come here next time, I would still choose this hotel.

The hotel was good but the breakfast did not have English name placards which was very important to understand the dishes for international clients .

This hotel is totally new, modern style and rooms are very clean. My room have high tech AC and automatic curtains, which are easy to use for foreigners too. The staff is super kind and they put extra effort to make my stay comfortable and make smooth communication. They are so polite that they translate all to my native language which is really rare nowadays. Special thanks to Mr. Liu 柳宇涛for communication and Miss. Deng for efficient check and smooth stay here in Dongguan.

Booked a few rooms, the smoke in the chess and card room was too smelly, the air conditioner was bad, I didn't sleep well all night, but I checked out early the next day and changed to another two rooms. Some of the TV in the room can't be turned on, and the TV must be turned on when it is turned on. It's strange.

Quite ok. A lot of restaurants close to the location. Breakfast quite ok, Staff very friendly

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English
