The room was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. It made me sleep well all night. The staff was warm and thoughtful, always with a friendly smile and responsive.
The hotel's hygiene is impeccable, every corner is clean and tidy. And the location is excellent and convenient to travel.
At the all-season hotel, I can feel their intentions for details. š Next time I come to Dongkeng, I will choose here without hesitation and recommend it to friends around me.

1. The overall hygiene is not bad;
2. The desk is the smallest among all the hotels I have stayed in so far, no doubt;
3. The tea table is placed in the corner, which is not as convenient as the tea table and tea sets;
4. The tea is not good, which is much worse than other hotels of the same price;
5. There is no voice control in the room;
6. The shower gel and shampoo are locked, which is an insult to customers. This boss is not big enough, and the hand flip 180 degrees is almost broken. Please ask the hotel staff to try it and you will know.
7. The toilet safety setting is OK
8. The clothesline is also a highlight, but then again, I donāt have a good experience, so I wonāt stay there for a long time, so what is the use of the clothesline.
9. The sofa is very long, but there is no heating function. Could it be...
10. The key is that the front desk does not communicate with guests at all about their needs.
There is obviously a problem with the room, but they donāt ask if it needs to be adjusted. In short, there is no communication.

I really like the design style of the villa. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the villa. There is also a coffee shop and Cantonese restaurant beside the swimming pool. The spiral staircase in the hotel is one of its features. Moreover, different room landscapes have their own characteristics, which are both modern and traditional.
The terrace of the hotel room can see a small park next door, the view is great!

The front desk prepared everything we might need for us. We booked a room with a bathtub, and candles were thoughtfully prepared next to the bathtub.
The breakfast included in the hotel is in the coffee shop on the first floor. This is also a feature of the hotel that I would highly recommend! The environment of the coffee shop is very comfortable. You can read a book in the coffee shop when you have nothing to do, chat with the boss lady, drink coffee and relax...
PS: Taking photos in a coffee shop is very photogenic! !

It is a good hotel to stay and definitely worth the pennies you spent. The room is spacious and their customer services ( reception / housekeeping / laundry ) is good. Their breakfast is a basic and simple breakfast , but it taste well too. The lobby and the room is clean, however the corridor and the 2nd floor of the hotel which has a āBilliard Roomā , you can smell the heavy cigarettes and not so ācleanā . Overall it is a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Very good, new decoration, service is good. Early check-in on the first day also sent breakfast on the same day, and free upgrade room. Bring two children to stay, the weather is hot and drink more water, ask the aunt to take a few more bottles, no complaints. The first day of the meal, the meal tickets were all given to the restaurant, and the next day I called the main station and took two more. I arranged for the robot to send it up without saying anything. The children are uncomfortable to drink hot water and medicine, and they are happy to ask the front desk to arrange it without shirking. It is worth recommending š

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and Iāve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donaldās very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I donāt) there are even some smoking rooms.
If youāre in that area, thatās where you should stay.

NNgThe hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

GGuest UserThe hotel located at the entrance of Dongguan, easy to ride on a Didi taxi from Shenzhen to the hotel. After reaching the hotel, we have rented a boat to take a closer of the whole area. The hotel is a bit old but still kept in proper condition.
Apart from the natural hotspring u can enjoy, the buffet is something you cannot miss. The cleanliness and the food varieties can tell the hotel is paying all efforts to maintain a high standard of accommodations .

YyyycocoEvery time I return to the village, I prefer Fuying Hotel. When I check in, the front desk of the hotel is very good. I took the elderly to help me upgrade to the executive room for free. Thank you Yan Yi Nuan and Huang Hanqun š The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the parking is convenient. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you will go straight to the Shiqi Bridge. The location is really great.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.
