房間老舊 洗臉盆漏水 枱麪黴點多 洗澡間就一個手拉浴簾分隔 熱水不熱（前台的解釋是每個人對熱水的感受是不一樣的，入住客人多了熱水供不應求，如果確實覺得水不熱可以明天早晨洗澡，想想好像人家説的也沒毛病）床頭靠背發黑 （酒店經理説因為我們住的陽光房。陽光房就是房價便宜一點那種房，這個酒店是衞生乾淨與否和房價掛鈎的，你住的便宜房間所以就理當不乾淨咯。）我們也住了“高檔舒適”的商務房 商務房和陽光房的區別就是樓層高價格高 房間的設施設備完全沒區別 衞生也是同樣的人打掃的 。經理説酒店和廣東醫科大學是協議單位，你們這樣的服務態度和環境衞生是在給醫科大打臉。給出來幾顆小星星是因為早餐的鹹菜味道不錯，餐廳阿姨態度不錯，床墊睡感不難受（商務房還是陽光房的都一樣）。
