One of my go to hotel. Amazing room

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, but we were asked to fix it ourselves. The hot water was not hot at all. We wanted good reviews, but it couldn't be any better.

The curtains could not be opened, the complaints were ignored, the breakfast coupons were mandatory and could only be taken for one day, and were not delivered to the room. The laundry room equipment was very poor!

The parking lot is poor, especially inconvenient on rainy days

酒店環境整潔，服務周到，前台小姐姐和打掃衞生的阿姨也都非常熱情友好，樂於提供幫助，設施設備也很人性化，安排的房間也很安靜！！！

離松山湖不遠，周邊很多餐廳比較方便。房間衞生一般般，床睡的還可以，沐浴聽音樂是特色，早餐也還可以，前台服務不錯。

酒店整體環境良好，各類設施齊全，乾淨整潔，別具格調，其中要特別提出的是，酒店小鐘的服務周到，態度超好。

住過這麼多酒店讓我值得推薦的就是這家性價比很高！！！首先我覺得服務態度超級好，很細心也很有耐心。其次房間的藍牙音響質感很好，來這家酒店一定要嘗試下這個藍牙音響。房間內很乾凈，讓人覺得很舒心的感覺，房間佈局也讓人眼前一亮，是我喜歡的佈局。最讓我喜歡的是浴室，浴室的鏡子我相信體驗過的人一定會愛上，浴室的花灑也是我重點要推薦的，有兩種類型的花灑，都是我喜歡的類型。下次還來！！推薦推薦
