我對這家酒店的印象非常好！無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，都展現出了極高的水準。酒店的客房設計時尚而不失温馨，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。床鋪舒適，洗浴用品質量上乘，確保了良好的睡眠體驗。此外，酒店的位置也非常優越，周邊環境優美，交通便捷。酒店員工的服務態度也非常好，讓人感到賓至如歸。晚上跟朋友應酬喝酒喝到很晚，代駕將車停到酒店門口就走了，我衹好到前台去尋求幫助，前台衹有一個人在當班，是前廳的袁主管，我問他酒店有沒有停車場，我喝了酒不能開車，問他能不能幫忙開到地下車庫，當時袁主管叫了保安到前台幫他守着一下，然後幫我把車開到停車場停好。上來快速辦理好入住手續，到房間不久，保安過來敲門，暖心地送上一杯熱開水。説真的，那一刻真的好感動，沒想到酒店的服務能做到這種程度。總的來説，這家酒店是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，我強烈推薦給所有的旅行者。

因工作原因到厚街這邊來出差，先去了要對接處理的工廠談事情，談完之後客户本來要給我安排晚上住的酒店，我怕欠客人的人情就沒讓他安排，我自己在網上查到這家君蘭酒店評分和評價以及性價比都不錯呢，主要離我辦事的工廠比較近，我從工廠打車到酒店10分鐘以內就到了，酒店的門頭雖然不大，但是裏面的設施設備一應俱全！酒店銷售主任和前台服務員微笑有禮貌，讓人感覺很親切！特別表揚下銷售主任葉子服務很好，當天我帶的行李比較多葉子小姐姐幫我把行李送到了房間！因為我抽煙所以需要帶窗户的房間小姐姐特意安排了可以抽煙還帶窗户的房間給我，打開門進去房間衞生還是很乾凈的，我大致看了床上沒有頭髮和臟東西，辦公桌和床桌櫃摸了都沒有灰塵，房間大小適中，晚上太累了不想出去吃了，點了外賣本以為是要自己下去拿的，因為一般的酒店不讓外賣員送到房間的，君蘭酒店有機器人可以送到房門口，非常便利。
