酒店位東莞虎門中心，位置非常好，停車也方便，酒店大堂很寬敞，很大，很時尚，傢俬設備都很新，前台服務很好，還有幫忙拿行李的，這性價比也太高了，花着商務酒店的錢，住着星級酒店的房間，房間寬敞乾淨整潔，枕頭高低枕都有，很舒服，床墊那更舒服，床墊一看原來是慕思的牌子，酒店還送了一份早餐，我剛好一個人夠用，早餐對於這個房價來説真的很不錯了，乾淨衞生能吃飽吃好，整體來講非常不錯的酒店，也非常享受的一次體驗，下次一定還會再來！

Kyriad has clean and large rooms. You can see the market from a high place. The facilities are complete. The key is that the price is affordable and the cost performance is super high! There are Lin Zexu's Humen Opium Destruction Site and Weiyuan Fort nearby. Modern history started here. The museum has detailed historical materials and is worth learning and experiencing! Very new! Clean and sanitary, plenty of hot water, air conditioning and heating are very sufficient. Guangdong has cooled down in the past few days. It is so comfortable to live here. Convenient transportation. You can take two bus stops to the Yellow River Fashion City, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk there. You can take the bus to the ** War Museum and Humen Fort. The hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. Next time I go to Dongguan, I will stay here again.

Positives. The room is nice and clean. And the location is really good. The shopping center comes alive at night with lots of kids activities.
Negatives. The staff is nice but struggles with English so couldn't explain where breakfast is, it'll be nice if they have a map for people.
Breakfast is not worth going, the place had cockroaches.

The transportation is very convenient. Take the train to Humen and then take the 216 bus 🚌 It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the destination. I was amazed as soon as I arrived at the door. It was very beautiful.
After checking in to the hotel, I came here to soak in the mineral springs. The entire swimming pool and mineral springs are in the style of tropical rainforests. There are also many hot springs, as well as rose pools, lavender pools, fish pools, etc., which are worth experiencing.
There are many hot spring pools, so you don’t have to worry about being embarrassed with strangers. It is highly recommended. The hot springs are open until 11 pm, and the scenery is beautiful at night.
The accommodation experience is also very good, clean and tidy, and there is a bathtub.

Catch the high-speed rail, stayed here for one night, the bed is big, comfortable, the health is good, the hot water is comfortable, a good experience. There is a small suggestion, can the room put a few cotton swabs, after the shower, there is water in the ear, used to pull out the ear.

I came to Chang'an on a business trip for three months. I stayed in four hotels in Chang'an and finally chose to stay here for two months. The room is spacious and well-lit, the hotel hardware is novel, and the staff is enthusiastic and professional. They will say hello when they come back.
The hotel has a laundry room, which is an important plus for long-term business travelers like me.
It is also very popular that there is a non-smoking floor. I can't stand the smell of smoke in the rest area.
After staying for a long time, most of the hotel staff are familiar to each other, and I feel more or less at home. I will definitely choose to stay here next time I come to Chang'an.

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel located at the entrance of Dongguan, easy to ride on a Didi taxi from Shenzhen to the hotel. After reaching the hotel, we have rented a boat to take a closer of the whole area. The hotel is a bit old but still kept in proper condition.
Apart from the natural hotspring u can enjoy, the buffet is something you cannot miss. The cleanliness and the food varieties can tell the hotel is paying all efforts to maintain a high standard of accommodations .

NNgThe hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

GGuest UserThe facilities for international business travelers are not great.
The working desk, desk light and chair and not suitable for working sustained periods of time (chair too low, light did hold position and table round and not practical). I did ask the hotel if they could help and although they were very willing, they didn't manage to find a solution.
Also, whilst they are very willing to help, there were many employees that didn't speak fluent English so everything took a long time to explain - from problems to room service. This point about the room service was aggravated by the fact that the ordering process should be done via scanning a QR code on WeChat which then runs an ordering program however this program is ONLY in Chinese so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will find out after going through the whole process that you need to call the front desk, try to find somebody who can speak English and order that way.
It is a nice place just not very focused on international travelers.

YyyycocoEvery time I return to the village, I prefer Fuying Hotel. When I check in, the front desk of the hotel is very good. I took the elderly to help me upgrade to the executive room for free. Thank you Yan Yi Nuan and Huang Hanqun 😊 The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the parking is convenient. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you will go straight to the Shiqi Bridge. The location is really great.
