The waiter provided hot tea during check-in, and Sophia and Lena at the front desk provided considerate service. Basically, the waiters in the entire hotel are very polite and proactive in helping guests, praise 👍🏻
The hotel room is very new and clean, and the equipment is in place. Charging cables are provided in the room for guests to use, which is very comforting🥰

I am a frequent visitor here. I have come to Houjie at least twice a month in the past few months. I will stay here for two or three days every time. After reading the reviews, I felt pretty good, so I booked this Vienna Vienna Hotel. I stayed with my friends. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast. The room was upgraded for free. I felt pretty good when I went to the room. The room space is very good Big, although the sound insulation is good on the side of the road, it's not too noisy. The shampoo and shower gel used in the room is of good quality, the shower is very powerful, the amount of hot water is large, and the breakfast is relatively rich. Overall, it's still a good value for money It's a very high hotel. I will continue to stay at their house next time I have friends coming.

Very nice hotel. Modern rooms and all amenities. Had a room with a great 180 degree view. Only, be aware this is also the smallest room on the floor. It is quite a narrow room with only about 40cm space between the bed and the opposite wall. As such the (nice and spacious) sink, toilet cubicle and shower room are besides eachother along the entrance. Different but all good. I travelled on my own; for a couple it might get a bit tight. Overall very satisfied. And close to Humen train station; reason why I choose the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and many details were well done. The delivery was timely, and the hotel facilities were patiently introduced when checking in. The breakfast was very good, with many varieties and good taste. We came to the exhibition, and considering that there were many cars at the exhibition, we chose to walk there. It takes about 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the exhibition, which is very convenient! Recommended

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

Toothbrushes have soft bristles. When I usually stay in a hotel, I am afraid of using a toothbrush that is as hard as a brush.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

NNgThe hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

GGuest UserThe hotel located at the entrance of Dongguan, easy to ride on a Didi taxi from Shenzhen to the hotel. After reaching the hotel, we have rented a boat to take a closer of the whole area. The hotel is a bit old but still kept in proper condition.
Apart from the natural hotspring u can enjoy, the buffet is something you cannot miss. The cleanliness and the food varieties can tell the hotel is paying all efforts to maintain a high standard of accommodations .

YyyycocoEvery time I return to the village, I prefer Fuying Hotel. When I check in, the front desk of the hotel is very good. I took the elderly to help me upgrade to the executive room for free. Thank you Yan Yi Nuan and Huang Hanqun 😊 The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the parking is convenient. As soon as you leave the parking lot, you will go straight to the Shiqi Bridge. The location is really great.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.
