Convenient access, hotel facilities, and good environment. I have stayed here several times.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was newly opened in 2024. All the equipment is very new, Xiaodu AI, smart toilet. The double bed we booked includes breakfast coupons. The breakfast is complimentary. The kitchen is very clean, the dining area is very comfortable, and the food is very good. It’s delicious and clean, especially the soy milk, which my aunt makes from beans every day👏. In fact, it can save trouble and save money by brewing it with soy flour, but it’s nice to be willing to spend time and money to cook the food carefully. The rice noodle soup base is freshly cooked daily with mushroom soup✌, and there are tableware 🍽sterilizer cabinet👏✅

The living facilities around it are very comfortable. There are McDonald's Starbucks and Walmart within a short distance. There are also many good street restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. It takes only 2 stops to get to the hotel from Hongfu Road, Guomao Center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk from Exit B of Dongcheng Subway Station. The hotel has good service.

Great hotel! Modern, clean and fresh! The staff was amazing even if we sometimes struggled to communicate. They were always accommodating and helpful. The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

They are all very good, the bathroom also has a disposable toilet pad, very intimate. There is a big sign outside the arranged room blocking the window, so the light is not good. Another point is that the air conditioner has abnormal noises and will squeak from time to time. Free parking, parking spaces are quite a lot. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic~ There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is only two stops from South China Mall.

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

The scenery beside the hotel is beautiful, and it is very comfortable to walk by the river. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The view from the sky garden on the 6th floor is beautiful, the morning tea is delicious, and there are rabbits in the lobby. It is very comfortable to walk by the river. Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

The service is good. The lady at the front desk is very considerate and patiently solves my problems. The room is also very large and the surrounding scenery is very good. I am satisfied
