The hotels location is good and convenient. The staffs are friendly. Lots of parking. The room is comfy, the shower is great. Will book again next time if I'm in that area.

Strategic location. The room was clean too.

Recommended hotel to stay in. Near eateries. Shopping malls are also nearby. Tamu and pasar malam  are part of the attractions.

Spacious room, affordable price, walking distance to shops and restaurants  nearby

all good but no have item like brush teeth and sliper,please improve the service,thank will book and stay in D Arch hotel again

Overall good but 1 think the air conditioning system not really satisfy..

Nice but a bit hot..the air conditioner can't get colder when afternoon

Good size hotel with good rooms except no foods and amenities.

The hotel is new and not fully equipped with ammenities but its recommended to all traveller

Overall is good except for the toilet. A little bit dirty and the sink full of hairs.
