房間設施陳舊，窗户外面打開窗户門有許多東西且不乾淨，電視機開關不方便，自己第一次還打不開，還要叫阿姨來並。

整體中規中矩，華僑酒店雖然破舊，但是地方大，比較標準。附近吃的多，可以考慮這，早餐是真的很一般，不過比較人性化管理。
